The food is perfect, but the staff is HORRIBLE whenever I go in shake shack in PA going to the desk to order is the worst part, people are mad, impolite and stupid.I rather go to McDonald’s than shake shack, please recruit better people to value the money not only the taste of sandwiches, which is very good, but the costumer experience is very poor!
When you get lost in king of Prussia mall and walk 22,000 steps in the wrong direction, shake shack is the best food to satisfy your hunger. But they are extremely busy so plan on a bit of a wait....the burgers and shakes were well worth it.
Really upset with how my burger came out. How did someone not notice a whole sticker fell into my burger? Would give my experience a 0 stars if i could. Won’t eat there ever again.
I don't know what the hype is..this mess is overpriced! I went to the Shake Shack inside of KOP mall yesterday. I was not impressed. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and my son ordered a hamburger. The hamburger was as small as a McD's burger and the buffalo chicken sandwich was tasteless. Their fries are good though, that's why I gave a 2 star rating.
Wanted to see what all the fuss about this place was after all these years so went and ordered a plain hamburger so I could actually taste it without a bunch of stuff on it. The meat was so greasy and flavorless, the French fries were undercooked and cold. For this little burger and a order of fries my bill was almost $10. Honestly McDonald's is better. We'll likely never return to shake shack.
After visiting a few stores with my cousins and aunty, we stopped at Shake Shack to eat. The line was long but the service was fast. I ordered the Chicken Shack sandwich and fries- yummy! We were missing an order of fries which was quickly solved when I told the cashier and the gave me the fries.
Now an overall great experience. Our order was messed up (only half delivered) and the quality was not as I've had in the past, and it was very expensive. Not seeing the value.
Only ordered a bacon fries from here, pretty up to the standards of other shake shacks.

I just had to write a review about the best service ever. I recently Stopped eating meat and had no idea what to order. The manager, Christina wasn’t just nice, she was very helpful and suggested the Shroom (vegetarian) burger. This is one of the tastiest vegetarian Burgers I’ve ever had.Michelle
