Good Place and Excellent food! I enjoyed my first visit at this Shake Shack location. Place was very busy but foods was being served at a quick pace. Food quality is really good in-fact much better than a lot of Burger places with higher prices. Fries can be a little better but overall this has best tasting burgers!
Shake Shack does not hold true to their values. I used to think you were a good social citizen, but I will never visit another Shake Shack until you stop using Martins potato rolls for your burgers. Your vendors matter too.
The burgers here do not taste like NYC Shake Shack’s burgers! It was just another burger joint. In NYC they always ask if you want cheese, so when I ordered here I didn’t realize cheese is automatic, unless you state otherwise. When I received my burger it had cheese, I told them I didn’t expect cheese on the burger. The clerk mumbled something, threw the burger away, and make a sloppy new burger without cheese! That just didn’t sit right with me.
I come to this location frequently and always have a good experience. The burgers are delicious and have a place in my favorite burgers list. The chicken sandwich is definitely one of my favorites and I put it above another very famous chain that only serves chicken. The deserts are also excellent -- occasionally they will have a unique flavor that ends up being a pleasant surprise. My experience with the service here has only been counter-order, and you will wait for your food while they prepare it. The speed will depend on how busy they are and there are times I have waited over 15 mins. I never come here in a rush, so that doesn't really matter to me. The dining room is clean and the experience is pleasant. Kind of a weird tangent, but I really love their filtered water in the dining room by the condiments -- it just tastes really good to me for some reason.
I’m not sure what to rate. Shake Shack was on Fast Foodies and my daughter and I were planning to go tomorrow to try it. But, after reading many negative recent reviews we are choosing not to try. It’s a shame for the concept is great and the food at one time was really good. It sounds like a serious management problem and needs to be resolved. Until I see recent very positive reviews we will not try in any way. There was a review stating a fight broke out in your establishment. I will never take my daughter in an environment with such a history. What a shame. You have a good concept but extremely poor management.
Have been to this location several times. I have a student that lives in the area. We have ordered on the app, and in person. We have never had any major issues at this location. When there have been issues with completed food orders, they have been corrected without any issue. During the height of C19 you could only order online which was taxing at times, but overall, not too bad.
If I could give this restaurant negative stars, I would. THIS PLACE IS GHETTO & DIRTY!! PLEASE DO NOT COME!!I simply came in to get a lemonade because I was thirsty. It took about 20 minutes and I requested a refund. I understand it was a busy Friday night, but there were multiple tables that had food sitting on them and there was food on the floor that no one attended to.The worst part of the experience was the staff. While people are getting upset at the wait time, the line continued to grow. Two girls started arguing and were about to fight AND THEY THREW FOOD AT EACH OTHER!!! Highly unprofessional, tacky, and GHETTO! The manager came and didn't get control of the situation and the staff continued to argue in front of customers. The manager apologized, gave me a refund, and still gave the lemonade for free. I appreciate the gesture, but the lemonade was warm and tasteless. This was quite embarrassing, so if you want a long wait time and to witness a World Star fight, ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
Every time I go, there’s always a wait so I’ve taken to ordering online ahead and picking up. When there’s inclement weather and no outside seating, inside tables get snapped up quickly. While this is annoying it’s a testament to how many people love the old school classic American fare you can get here. The fries are thick crinkle cut which is not my favorite but they are usually if not always crispy and well salted. The burgers are thin patty and tasty (though sometimes more “well-done” than I prefer). The topping options are fresh and tasty. The shakes are thicker than most and completely YUM (they offer malted shakes as well and may contain egg). My son, who doesn’t care for burgers, has gotten the chicken nuggets and grilled cheese. Both taste like they are made with quality ingredients. I love that they offer one or two local craft beers on tap. I’ve never had them mess up a single order which I definitely cannot say about other fast/quick food eating establishments. I like this place bc I have a big family with some seriously picky, non adventurous eaters. I personally am not picky and love a little culinary adventure so it’s a great option for us. Plus if I never have to eat anything from McD’s again (except for fries) then I’ll be happy.
What a waste of $50 for dinner for three. Could've spent the same on table service and better food. Order taking terrible, stopped selling the fries that are pictured on the register. Waited way too long then realized there wasn't cheese on any of the puney mushroom burgers like is listed. Went back up for cheese, had to wait about another 15 mins somehow just to get a slice of cheddar put on. This was with a restaurant hardly crowded. No apologies or accountability. Milkshake was just meh. Fries, awesome.
Hands down. Favorite burger, coast-to-coast, anywhere…. Smoke Stack Double has 2 patties with the crisp edges from the flat-top, bacon and cheese, and a smokey-fiery combo of cherry peppers and ShackSauce. Crinkle cut fries have crisp exterior but moist inside. Order the cheese; the sauce isn’t that ball park nacho variety that gets pumped out of a stainless canister, but is creamy and actually taste like cheese. The milkshakes are average, but scratch the itch when soda or beer aren’t your plan. Speaking of which, cane-sugar bottles of Coke, a stand-alone water dispenser, non HFCS natural ketchup, and about a million other little details that set this place apart from other overpriced burger chains. You will wait for your food. But the wait will be worth it. In-N-Out Burger is great, love some good ole-fashioned Wendy’s or McDonald’s, but East Coast wins the war. Shake Shack has quite a burger.
