I love fried chicken and like the chicken from Popeyes so I got a spicy chicken sandwich but today's sandwich wasn't that great. Smaller piece of chicken so it was mostly bread and the coating on the chicken. The taste was decent but you could definitely taste the oil from the fried chicken. What stood out though were the fries, which are well seasoned and cooked. Long lines though to check out.
For Black Friday at dinner time, the line wasn't bad at all and I hardly had to wait for my order. I greatly enjoyed my mac n cheese and chicken sandwich! Would definitely order them again.
Classic chicken sandwich with hottie sauce is my new favorite. Also love the beans and rice and mac and cheese. Just wish they would put dirty rice back on the menu.
Nobody to take orders or serve food for over half an hour. The manager finally came out when customers got mad and started screaming at the chef(who didn’t understand English). Chicken sandwich was great and nuggets were okay.
I wish i can mark 0 starts for the service. The lady was very rude and she just refused to take the order after wrongly arguing i was not in the line.
Moldy bread and dry and stringy chicken!!!! Questionable food safety!!! I normally love Popeyes (it’s one of my top fast food fried chicken choices) but this location was incredibly disappointing. First, on my visit on June 4, the prices on their electronic board were all wrong. There was a sign stating so, but no indication of what any of the actual prices were, so there was a bit of a shock when it came time to pay. When I was picking up my food, there was a woman who complained her chicken tenders for her kids were all dry and hard, they did replace them. My experience with my spicy chicken sandwich would unfortunately be the same. It was hard, dry, string-ey and the worst spicy chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. The fries tasted decent. However the worst part of my meal was near the end of my sandwich I discovered a mold spore in my bread. When I asked them and showed it to them they offered another sandwich. After that experience, no thanks, and all they could do was refund the price of just the sandwich. I’m incredibly disappointed and this location should be avoided! Bad food safety practices and management. I’ve included a picture of my bread with this review. Will not be returning to this location again when there are so many better choices at the kop food court.
No, just no. This place is disgusting now, chicken be soggy and mushy, drumsticks look like they been reheated from the previous day, just no never eating here again.

I could eat the New Popeyes Flounder Sandwich everyday! I ordered the new popeyes flounder fish sandwich 2 days this week. My 1st fish sandwich was good but the tartar was a lil heavy. The 2nd time I orderd the flounder sandwich and requested light tartar and it was perfect! A new favorite when I eat out.
I have been twice to this restaurant and it is obviously run with a greedy mentality: tenders are small, coleslaw is half-full, and sandwiches are dry with very little sauce and a single slice of pickle! I am comparing with many other Popeyes restaurants I have been to.The customers are paying not begging for the food.
