Forgot to write a review the last time I visited and the only time I will ever visit. I was excited to try this place out when I was passing by the mall. Surprised even that there is a pho place there. I wanted to try since I am a big fan of Pho, I went in, and it was almost completely empty which I thought was good. But it wasn't, we ordered our food and waited, the food came out and it was okay, I guess. The service was horrible, the owner doesn't have a welcoming attitude. Anyways we finished our food, and my boyfriend went to pay. We both decided not to tip since it was a horrible experience for both of us, which would have gladly tip very generously if the service was there. He ended up paying 70, which I thought was extremely overpriced for two bowls of pho and 2 drinks. I asked to see the receipt and seen that the owner decided to tip himself close to 16 dollars which we did not approved. But it was already too late since we had left, and I trusted my boyfriend to look at the bill prior to paying. Extremely unprofessional. If you do decide to go, I would double check your bill before paying.

Amazing food. The spring rolls were delicious and possibly the best I’ve ever had. We had no issues with the service and were well taken care of. The restaurant itself could use a good cleaning and a bit of organization. Not the place for a hot date but a great spot for a casual meal.

I’ve been wanting to stop in here for awhile and was very disappointed by our experience. As someone who also works in the food service industry, my heart went out at first for the man who seemed to be the only one serving tables and cashing them out. But unfortunately we were met with a server who really just didn’t seem to care. My boyfriend ordered a chicken banh mi with no jalapeños, and my vegan friend ordered the vegetable dumplings which were listed as not having any meat in them. I tried to order summer rolls but was told they were out, which was totally okay! But after ordering something else as a replacement, our server waited until everything else came out to tell me they were out of it. My boyfriend’s banh mi still came with jalapeños on it (which also normally would have been fine) and my vegan friend received dumplings which very obviously had meat in them. She asked our server if they were vegetable or did include meat and he said “I don’t know, I don’t eat those,” before asking another employee who said they were just vegetable. Our banh mis were good though, but that was the only positive part of our experience. Ourselves and another table also had to physically get up and ask for our bill as well while our server sat and ate and very blatantly ignored us. I’m usually super relaxed with other servers because I understand how it is, but we will never be back to this establishment and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

I would have given them a 5 star, BUT, they added a tip to our bill... 2 adults and one 6 yr old. Why? Lesson learned.( I read up on auto addition of tips not to just parties of 6 or more, please search and learn ) Ill be better prepared for any future events.

Long wait, server didn't even acknowledge us when we asked several times. Giving this two stars instead of one because it's only one server working the floor and he is more than stressed on a busy weekend day. Food is rushed and not that great. Probably won't visit again as it's severely understaffed.

Dirty, Run down, poor service, menu issues.Food is “okay”. I wouldn’t get it again. We were the first customers and the floor was dirty, the condiments weren’t full. The place looked like it was the end of the night instead of just opened. The ceiling was disgustingly dirty! The red track that runs along the top of the ceiling has an inch of dust collected on it!The chopsticks were two different lengths. They are plastic so they are re-used. The place just seemed uncared for.Service was awful. The food came fast, but no one acknowledged us when we walked in. Didn’t come over. Just pointed to a table when we were spotted. When we asked for water after being empty for awhile, the guy brought over a pitcher and put it on the table instead of filling the glass. When they set stuff down it was jarring and rough, a loud noise, not gentle. When we were done eating, we waited awhile for the check. The guy was sitting at the counter watching videos on his phone. We called twice and he didn’t hear. We had to get up and start walking towards him for him to notice.Additionally, their menu mentions they have two sizes of boba tea, but they apparently only have one. Misleading when you order one and don’t want to pay the extra 2$ for a size up. Speaking of, almost every price in the menu had a sticker over it with pen writing a new price. We were at this restaurant before when it was at another location, but it went downhill since they moved. Probably won’t return.

If you like rude waiters, $4.00 soda with no refills and just general chaotic confusion then bon appetit.

No one cared for us when my wife and I entered the restaurant. Then a man pointed his finger at the table from afar and made a gesture to sit down.I ordered a spring roll. When he brings food, his finger touches on it. Lol.I asked for the spring roll to be cooked again because it wasn't fully cooked inside. The food tasted average, and he didn't even say goodbye until I paid and got out.

Aw man, where to begin... The service is on par with a gas station and the food tastes like it cooked there. Even the drinks were bad. I can't possibly see why this place is still open but I can see why it was so empty. We entered from the mall entrance and the guy seating people was at the dinner counter with his back to everyone. Had to yell to get his attention. We we're seated fine but the people behind us were just shouted directions to their table. He literally dropped off some menus then walked away. We knew this wasn't going to be a good experience. When he finally came back, he asked if we were ready to order to which I said we needed more time but he just stood there. It could have been that he didn't hear me so I'll give him a pass on that one. My wife ordered a jackfruit smoothie and seafood pho and I ordered a lemonade and rice noodles with beef stew.A different older gentleman appeared reaching across my wife with a cup saying "taste this". He could have easily taken a few extra steps to come between us at the round table but he took the shorter route and reached across a customer. That's a no no but new batter new set of strikes. ? I told him it was ok but actually it tasted like a melted snowcone. I could see that they had Minute Maid listed on the fountain but he wanted to be creative and I guess I was his Guinea pig. He arrived once again with another cup. This time he wasn't interested enough to get an opinion of his concoction. We've never had a warm smoothie before but he seemed confident it was the best way to prepare them I guess. After a few more sips I figured out that the boba at the bottom, yeah boba, was hot then cold, blended fruit was poured on top. ?A bowl of rice noodles with beef stew showed up very quickly. I guess they keep thing on standby as it had only been 3-4 minutes since we ordered and there was a staff of 3 running the show. The beef was very tender but it was all downhill from there. It was served in a basic beef stock and the noodles were just ok. Bean sprouts also made their way to the table but they were by no means fresh. I was left very hungry after this meal.My wife's seafood pho was up next and it also was a disappointment. We've never had such bland fishballs before. It was like they were boiling in water for days prior to being served. The shrimp was this dishes only saving grace.
