Been very disappointed in my visits to Paneras lately. Low and Behold, I found the one I remembered. The Paneras on Allendale Road in King of Prussia was excellent. It was clean, Vincent handled our order with courtesy and clarity. Our order was correct, fresh and delicious. I wish it was closer to my residence because they have been a big disappointment.Thank you Paneras in King of Prussia!
My fiancé and I went here for lunch and it wasn’t good at all. I got a grilled cheese and he got bacon mac and cheese. His mac and cheese was cold and had no bacon, the cheese in my grilled cheese was still cold and unmelted, the bag of chips i had with it had already been opened, looks like something chewed at the corner. He went up to complain twice and both times we weren’t helped or acknowledged. Ended up just leaving.
The sausage and pepperoni flatbread is a great sharable lunch treat!
After a doordash driver messed something up, I called the cafe and they immediately made it right, and quickly delivered the missing items. We'll continue to use them regularly to get lunch or our office.
Had a great Asian Crunch chicken salad with a cup of Broccoli Cheddar soup. Great choice for pick 2. Definitely a large meal. Great flavors. Panera Bread at King of Prussia is great. Vincent was very helpful and friendly. Good veteran appreciation.Thanks
I asked for an iced coffee with Mocha and they couldn't seem to get their heads around it. The wait was longer than expected since there was no one really there or waiting. On the bright side - everything tasted delicious as usual!
Advanced catering order placed for work. Waited OVER AN HOUR while watching others' food ready in 5 minutes. Last time I'll ever go to this Panera bread. Smh...
The management really care about the customers. Received excellent customer service tonight by the manager (Holton - I might be misspelling his name or heard it incorrectly when I asked) went and above and beyond for me not only because he works there but because he cares! and it was greatly appreciated as I was having a tough day. This is my favorite Panera to visit and will continue to be so because of people who work there and delicious healthy food!!
Went there withy husband for a date and just love it. They have kiosks to order yourself along with the option of ordering at the front desk. They also have pickup booths for takeaway or Ubereats/Doordash drivers. The food was amazing like always as well, so I had a great time.
Go here for lunch often because of their Salad selections. More often than none, the food is great and tastes good. The big problem is that the order is not always 100 percent with the way you ordered it. I would say that this occurs about 30 percent of the time which can include getting the order wrong, not include items you requested, silverware or napkins, etc.. The team could also be more friendly when they deliver your order to you on Curbside.
