Always spot on food here at the Melt Shop! I’ve never had bad food when coming here, and have always thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Pictured is the “Classic” grilled cheese, which is made with American & NY cheddar on country white bread and it’s always fresh and on point. The “Shop Tots” are herbed parmesan on tater tots, and they’re always crispy and hot. Last but not least, the Oreo Shake is absolutely delicious, and literally filled with Oreo pieces. Always a 5/5 meal, definitely give it a try!
This is by far the worst melt shop location in the region. Employees don't pay attention, and today was the 3rd time they've totally messed up my order. Not worth the higher end price you pay for such horrible service. I would suggest avoiding this establishment until the start caring about proper customer service.
Nice restaurant but the lady who took my order seemed to be in a really bad mood and was very sarcastic and pushy wouldn’t recommend this place if she’s on the clock
What a great restaurant. The food we ordered was amazing. It came out super quick. Shabria and the other workers were very nice and helped us with the ordering process. I would 100% recommend
The food was really delicious, service was very quick and the staff were helpful and friendly! Will definitely stop by again for a second bite since this was my first time stopping at this place
Good food, but online order was ready 15 minutes later than the email from the restaurant said it would be.*edit* Increased original review from 1 to 2 stars because the sandwich and fries were delicious. Service was still inexcusably slow though.
Don't waste your time with this place. They messed up my order.. when I asked about it the employee turned his back on me. I threw the burger out and attempted to eat their fries. I'll go to McDonald's on the way home for a better experience.
This location does not do the melt shop any justice the food would be good but the young guys that cook the food constantly burns the chicken like the oil is bad or something… if i could get my chicken golden brown like the other locations this place would fasure get 5 stars
Don’t go here. Closed with an incredibly long queue and wasted 30 minutes of my day. I repeat don’t go here. Got in line at 2:45 and was informed they were closed at 3:15. Associates stared at everyone in the queue and didn’t say a word. 100% hope this place closes and a competent business moves in.
Line took forever to get through, no one was taking orders for a good 15 minutes. After waiting in line for close to 20 minutes, the associate said they were closed and no longer serving food. This was said to a line of 30 people no warning. Closing 3 hours before their advertised time and with no warning. I would never even think about going to this place again. Hope it closes honestly.
