This is one of the newer McCafe's and is very nice inside. They have the automated cashier systems setup, so all you need to do is tap in an order, grab a table card, and wait. This seems to have freed up the staff since it is always clean inside and they get the food out to me quickly. The drive through is also good, I haven't had any issues.
Worst McDonalds ever!! The burger was throw together with no care, so half the burger had cheese and the other didn’t because it was squashed into the side of the box not to mention the single pickle and raw patty. The fries were old cold and rubbery, as though they had been standing around for hours, completely inedible. The Oreo McFlurry was like playing “hunt a cookie” in a soda cup! So disappointing!
This is the local McDonald's in King of Prussia and they offer the standard menu found at every location. The dine in option was closed during the pandemic but has recently reopened. Overall most people frequent the drive through, which can get long at times, but the line moves relatively quick.You can also order through the app for pick up, and just park in a pick up spot and someone will come out to your car with your food. The app also offers daily deals so make sure to check it often. Currently featuring the spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets - we tried the nuggets and they were good.
Went here this morning and the drive thru was completely empty so I figured it would be a quick in and out. Ordered a large Frappe and a breakfast sandwich, waited about 20 minutes for my stuff I was there so long that a line formed from 0 people to about 5 because they were taking so long. When I finally did receive my stuff this is how my drink ended up turning out 3.99 for this
Waited 40 mins just bow in drive thru and got the nerve to tssk when I got to the order screen cause I changed from medium to large. OJust got my order shake doesn't look strawberry but I'm not waiting again. Don't come here.
I had an awful experience. It was late night after midnight, pick up for me. I placed the order on mobile app and prepaid the order. The worker that night is extremely unruly. He said I paid only half for the order and demanded I paid extra to get my order. (FYI I paid my order in full), He is rude from the beginning and started yelling at me if I wanted the order or not. I couldn't take the yelling and left the place without taking the order I paid for cause I felt uncomfortable. I wish I had taken his name to report him directly. Needless to say awful service and awful employee.
I been there a couple of times and every time they forget something from My order so when I tell them they give me an attitude as if I'm getting on their nerves and to top it off they take long preparing the orders so isn't be going back there they need help bad.
This McDonald’s usually is good although today my partner and I went for lunch and received a parting gift in the form of a hair. Pretty nasty I’d say, make sure you check your food before eating from here. Other than that staff are always pretty nice
Man this place is so bad. Just got a burger with a rock hard bun. Weeks ago, burnt fries. Twice. Explained to them that fries were burnt gave them back and they gave me burnt fries again! Stayed away until tonight had the taste for a quick burger and boom rock hard bun. Done with this location! Go there on your own discretion you have been warned!
The morning crew are very nice and accurate. I have never received the wrong order in the am. Food is always hot and tasty too. Thanks to the early morning shift!!!
