We had an office Christmas party at Maggiano's, and the food was absolutely delicious. We reserved a room so it was nice and peaceful. Every course was good. I got full very quickly. It was a time I will remember.
My bridal shower was held here this past Saturday and it was absolutely perfect! The food and sangrias were phenomenal, the service was amazing, and the room was beautiful. We had it on their glass porch room and received so many compliments on how pretty it was! I also loved how much light was let in. The staff was very accommodating with all the requests. Although I wasn't involved in the planning my sister, who is an event planner herself, said the event manager was wonderful to work with and very helpful! Highly recommended :)
We drove up to Pennsylvania and had. Beautiful family style dinner. Our waiter, Marcus was on point! He made sure that we had everything we needed! The food is always good and plentiful at Maggianos! Even though they are a chain, the food truly tastes authentic and fresh. We had salad, appetizers, a few entrees, two different desserts and a mix of drinks. I can’t wait to go back!
It's been about 15 years since the last time that I ate here, but the experience was quite similar. The food was good, but not great. The service was acceptable but there were a few problems, such as having to ask for a place setting. The staff had a communication issue and someone was going to move us to a different table instead of just bringing a place setting. The wait wasn't long for a seat and the food arrived in a decent time, but oddly I received my salad before my meal, but my wife's salad came with her meal. I would eat here again though.
We received half of our order tonight! So dissatisfied with customer service and now I am left hungry. Would not trust online ordering. As a chain restaurant you need to do a lot better.
We were celebrating our son’s graduation from Temple University and arrived at Maggiano’s a few minutes before our reservation time.. As soon as we walked in we were told the restaurant was closed due to an issue in the kitchen. We did not even receive a call about the cancellation until after we walked out of the restaurant. This is the second time this happened for our family. Our daughter had Valentine’s Day reservations several years ago, only to be told when she arrived that her reservation had been cancelled…by her! This most definitely was NOT the case! It makes us wonder, does this place close last minute to possibly accommodate lucrative private parties? Or are they just poorly mismanaged? A very disappointing experience to say the least.
I love this place for lunch. It’s super yummy. It’s not usually super busy so you can get a whole booth to yourself and catch up on some emails. Awesome service!
Great food. Helpful staff. The service was super slow, a little frustrating. We sat on the mezzanine, it was fun to look out onto the dining room floor.

Prices are not warranted. No macaroni dish has more than a pound of pasta and very little meat. Been going a long time and I remember how good it used to be both for couples and our groups. They now charge extra for their signature "take home the same thing you ordered" serving. The staff are quite friendly and helpful.
