Ordered 2 drinks paid for them, waited 20+ minutes for it and it still wasn’t ready until I asked where they looked dumbfounded that I ordered until I showers my receipt. I hadn’t left the pickup area and it hey hadn’t called my number. Worst experience ever.

Taro Milk Tea with bubbles and puddingRequested less ice and less sugar. Next time I'll request even less sugar. Even still, absolutely delicious. I got a large and it was $6.94.Will go back again.
The boba was of a good consistency and tasted of brown sugar. The earl grey tea at 70% sweetness was flavored well. The frothy milk cap took this drink to an unprecedented level of delight. The sweet to salty ratio was flawless and once it was incorporated thoroughly into my drink, I couldn’t scarf it down fast enough. I will be dreaming of this bubble tea.
I came for the collab stickers, and I was told it was only per collab drink when the official website itself says that the sticker is for ANY drink and that only the scratch cards required collab drinks. I only got 1 sticker for my 4 drinks. This is frustrating because this happened in a different location. I even told the person in front the website itself says per drink but they kept arguing saying it’s like for collab drinks only. I guess the official website should update itself and say it’s for collab drinks only.
I eel like their cups got smaller. Other than that awesome place for boba. Expect some wait time since it gets really busy.

I asked for just a hot black tea with no sugar or anything. Took one sip and it was incredibly sweet. I had already left the mall and got into my car, so I just threw it out. It was a waste.
