very very beautiful women good service but the air conditioner sucks
Was just here tonight last time I was here was several years ago, tonight was terrible, several years ago it was good. Bathroom smells like sewage no soap no towels, employees use one restroom that the patrons use.(possible unclean cooking practices) I got mozzarella sticks which were overcooked one was missing cheese my buddy got a Chipotle quesadilla that was not Chipotle but in fact barbecue. We ordered Miller lights the beer tasted stale. Watched one bartender pour a pint from one of the taps at a 45° angle and waste a beer's worth just in foam so you know the taps aren't clean either. NO WORKING A/C. Manager blamed owner for not fixing A/C. We were told owner is going to install more wall units. Pennsylvania department of health needs to stop by at this establishment.
You need more than T&A to be a good server. A personality and a smile would help instead of treating us like we're annoying you. You're welcome for that 20% on our $300 tab, because you definitely didn't deserve it. What does a hostess do if not seating guests? Since when do they point and say, go to that table in the back while randomly pointing to the back of the restaurant. Did we interrupt your fb scrolling? How many people do I need to tell that we were there for my sons birthday? Because I told THREE people, one of which was our server, whom I told TWICE. She ignored that, so i had to go BACK to the hostess and ask if they could come over to the table. So then we sat there all awkward waiting for them to break away from their gossip sesh to come sing. Is your job that hard? I'll answer that, it's not. My son's father and I have been in the business for 20 years. So that 20% would have been 30, maybe 40 if you had treated us like we are paying your bills....which we are. Also, a little air conditioning would be nice. We all sat at our table and sweat the entire time. DO BETTER
Someone review hit the right spot I. have to drive 80 miles to a hooters, what they use to do is sit at your table Write there name on a napkin and spend 5 min talking to you, which put them above average restaurant, since there getting away from that they became an average restaurant, I'm not driving 80 miles so a waitress can bring me a menu, bring my order, and bring my bill, I made a calendar because girls came outside and took a pic on my motorcycle, that doesn't happen anymore, unless they build a hooters near me my hooter days are over FYI all the hooters near me, closed there doors hopefully you can figure out why. FYI never been here
good food, great atmosphere, girls are fantastic, very family friendly
Drove 35 mins. Place was super dirty. Trash and food all over the floor. Bathrooms were dirty. Food came out fast but was cold so makes me wonder. Fries were good. There were 10 girls standing around and only saw three actually working. The rest could have been sweeping or clearing tables. No wonder there was no one in there on a holiday. I most likely won’t be back.
The food was just ok. The service was just ok as well. The waitresses were working hard but each had too many tables and or customers to be able to give good service to any particular one in my opinion but that is on the management. The restaurant it self was very dirty and outdated with broken TV's. This particular Hooters was in what looked like serious disrepair and in need of a lot of overdue TLC. I miss the good ole days when the waitresses would talk to you and interact with you and even sometimes sit down at the table with you while waiting for your food. I assume another possible victim of the COVID pandemic or maybe just times changing. Hooters used to be a fun restaurant but now just another place to eat with mediocre food and mediocre service.
Worst excuse for a restaurant I have ever been in! Not only was it filthy, EVERYWHERE, the food was disgusting!!! Usually, you can count on a well known chain to have consistent food quality! NOT HERE! Buffalo chicken sandwich was more like chicken tenders on a bun. And the tenders were very thin, tough, and chewy. 2 of us ate them because we had been on the road for hours, the third could not eat the sandwich.
First time trying hooters and wasn’t disappointed! Our server was gorgeous and the wings were delicious. My vodka sprite was a bit watered down, but overall a really good experience.
My service dog and I were treated so well! The customers all seemed to be having a good time and there was social distancing when I was there. Just a pleasant happy place in these stressful times. Planning to go back very soon.
