Amazing fries and amazing owner who looks like the chef from South Park! Highly recommend
Matt there was super friendly and generous! He gave us free samples to try the regular fries and the sweet potato fries. Both delicious. We ordered a large order of plain to take home.
First and foremost i am so happy that this establishment is now under new management!New manager is so nice and employee.Love the fries and yes they are worth your money.You can get regular fries with a variety of sauces or get you your gourmet fries from Italiano to the Mexicano (my fav)My most favorite one is the Mexicano with cheese jalapeño sauce and that goey cheese dripping with some hot jalapeño toppings .... yummilicuous!Its my go to place now for snacks! And drinks their watermelon slush is soo good!
Employees need to familiarize themselves with allergens, or at least how to check for allergens. I asked if the fries contain dairy and they had no idea and didn’t offer to check. I couldn’t find an allergen menu online so walked out without ordering.
Fresh and extremely crispy nicely seasoned fries. As a garlic lover, the garlic aioli sauce was to die for. Not that big a fan for the jalapeño sour cream. Great and friendly service!
Until these people get their act together please avoid this place. Spent 30+ minutes waiting for Italian fries only for them to tell my fiance they didnt have any of the toppings he had paid for. My dutch fries were somewhat okay, but even then, people behind us got their fries first before us. Music was unbearably loud with some foul language (and kids around.) Employees kept shutting their doors not letting anyone in because they 'weren't ready" and then proceed to get on their phones and "sweep." There are many other places to eat than pay for these overpriced fries.
The guy didn't know the minute or what the names were for the sauces. He pulled a sauce out that was suppose to be white but was yellow. Not to mention he gave me fries that were sitting in the fry tray for God knows how long. The also looked confused as to what he was supposed to be doing. I will not be coming back and don't recommend to anyone....This place has potential but it's being ruined by poor service. I was super excited to find a place that made fries like they do in Germany and was extremely disappointed.
Worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. only one worker, and he was super slow. didn’t even speak to us, and was rubbing his eyes like he was tired when we were ordering. super unprofessional. we were the only ones in the store and it took about 20 minutes just for plain fries. DO NOT RECOMMEND

My daughter loves going here playing board games while eating after school. The food are good. The sauce is excellent and fresh. The cashier lady is nice and caring for kids.
