I ordered the cake batter Iced latte, I waited a whole year for it to come around again. The lady taking my order had no idea how to make it, started arguing with another girl about how many pumps of sugar to use. Then rung in my roommates wake up wrap as a $5.00 sandwich. The sprinkles were stale tasted like chalk. Also 3 of my coworkers don't go to this location bc they have messed up their order. So for now I'll just go to Norristown...I never have a problem there.
Lately the drive-thru is very slow. The last time I was here a worker was "rage quiting". She was screaming loudly, swearing up a storm and commenting badly on the sanitation of the store. Just in general we try not to go too often because of the long wait times. The food is fine, the coffee is good, but there are better Dunkins to get your 'Dunkin fix' from.
This gotta be the worse Dunkin’ in the whole PA area. These workers never listen, are rude and very unpleasant. My company uses this restaurants for meetings but we avoid this particular location even if the drive is miles away.
Since I deliver for DoorDash I’m in restaurants all the time and I have to admit this Dunkin’ Donuts was very clean
Staff is not very friendly, and the food quality has gone down. Still decent enough if Dunkin is your thing.
They use powder sugar in the iced coffee so it doesn’t dissolve resulting in a horrible taste
Very bad service. The shop closes at 7:30 and the lady bluntly told us at 7:15 that she could give the remaining coffee and does not want to take our order. Never seen such bad DD service anywhere else!!
The person at the drive thru was very combative and argumentative. I know it’s Dunkin’ Donuts and they are a dime a dozen, however, it amazes me how people will treat their customers.
This place is filled with unfriendly staff and they don't listen. They are constantly making mistakes w the orders. I ordered a coffee and the milk was rotten. I had to go back to return and not even a sorry sir or here's a free donut nothing. She looked at me and made me another coffee and that was it. I have not returned since. I'm thoroughly disgusted.
I live and work not too far from here and as convenient as it might be Im done getting coffee from here. The coffee always taste burnt. Ive been to enough DD thats I know the difference. I order the new holiday blend with cream and sugar. Its only tasted like holiday blend once. When I asked to have it remade it tasted worst than the first time. The young man working at the window doesn’t talk either. He just stares. No good morning or you’re welcome. Just staring. Very poor customer service. Im on my way to a different DD now.
