I was not sure about cake type donuts, but wow these are really good. Not heavy at all and very tasty with lots of great toppings. They were even good taken home and heated up in the microwave.
Best donuts I've ever had. I placed an order for a dozen donuts: the random choice, and I asked for a few specialized donuts to be included. I was delighted to have my request fulfilled. Amazing taste and texture. I highly recommend!

My first experience with duck donuts. Made to order custom donuts are an interesting idea. I wanted chocolate covered cake, which is plain for this chain. The donut was good, but not the old fashioned style I'm looking for. I will likely go there again but the search for the classic donut continues.
Great business model offering variety of doughnut choices for every taste. I was very excited to try them and bought a dozen of assorted ones. They all looked so beautiful but, I have to say Dunkin Doughnuts still win for me - I like their dough better - it is not as heavy and doesn't compete as much with the glaze. But, that's just me.
Ordered 3 donuts and latte 10 mins earlier. Cashier asked me either iced latter or no ice. I said no ice. What I got is 3/4 full cup cold coffee. Should I tell you hot coffee if I didn’t want ice? It’s 36degree outside. Also, will never pay tips here. Tips don’t mean the bad services.

Delicious. I was skeptical because I like my donuts simpler than the crazy maple bacon pumpkin spice cream cheese filled type donuts they were advertising as their fall specials. But I grabbed a regular glazed and a blueberry and I was in heaven. Warm, delicious, made to order donuts. I will certainly be back to try more of the menu and would encourage you to give your taste buds a treat. Get a warm duck donut right now!
