I only do pickup here, so I don't know how the delivery is. When this location first opened they had some problems. I gave them another try and recently ordered from here twice. I got great pizzas made super fast both times. I recommend the pan pizza : )
Ordered for pick up and it was ready fast. Unfortunately my order was wrong. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered a pasta with marinara and they’ve gotten it wrong and given me Alfredo instead.
I have waited for more than an hour for pick up. The cleanliness also is very bad, no gloves and just using bare hands to make pizza. I would never order again from here.
Waited for over an hour to call me too tell me it would be another 2 hr wait. Just call your local pizza shop or PapaJohns, Domin-NOs is dropping the ball.
This place will mess up your order 10/10 times. And don't even think about ordering delivery. Unless you don't mind waiting 3+hours for an incorrect order then go for it
Absolutely horrible service. I waited 20 minutes for them to pick up the phone and no one ever answered. I walked into the place complain that I had waited 20 minutes and then they took my order and said it would be ready in about 20 minutes. 20 minutes later they’re looking at my order saying oh we have to start it. Horrible horrible horrible!!!
After 2:45h I didn’t receive my order…delivered at the wrong address, my neighbor love it! getting worst everyday… congrats!
Waited 20 minutes on hold to place an holder and was told delivery would be 2 hours. Said it was fine and I’ll come pick it up anyways…girl then said RUDELY that it wouldn’t have mattered it still would take two hours.
If you try to order online it will either tell you that you need to schedule your order for tomorrow or the order will error out and tell you to call the store. When you call the store, be prepared to be on hold for over 30 minutes. I don't know exactly what the hold time is because I gave up after 30 minutes.The delivery service here used to be poor, now it is non-existent. You can't even pick up a pizza because without ordering it online you'd have to order there and then wait for the pizza to be made.
Great punctual service! Even though I had to pick it up I will again! I understand staff shortages so I have no complaints about it at all! Thanks for the great food and service!
