I rarely show pics of the rooms I stay in so definitely going to get used to taking more and remembering to do so. Our stay included breakfast and this is what I had. We went for a friend's bday party that was held at the Hotel. The room was very comfortable and ohhhhh myyyy the bed was heaven. We only had a problem with the shower and I don't know if it was leaking or our inside curtain was too short but I did let them know the next day. I also saw ants ? on the desk area. That was the only thing wrong with the rooms and those are minor details. The hotel was super clean, the staff was amazing. The breakfast was good. The attention priceless. I love being spoiled?. Will definitely love to stay again if we go back to King Of Prussia
This was about the BEST experience we've had in a hotel in a very long time. The staff, everyone i met, was extremely friendly and helpful. We called for a reservation that morning and spoke with the front desk person. When we arrived, he remembered our name.He, and everybody working there were so attentive and friendly. Even the maintenance man collecting trash joked around with me!Staying in the area, you'd be welcomed here. If i am on the area again, I'm staying at this hotel.

Locations great. Room was fine except tub spigot sticking out kind of far from the wall. Also requested that room be serviced while we were out and it was not so we came back to a unservice room just grab some towels and went to bed and dealt with it. Otherwise the place is fine. It's a hotel room either book it or don't you know what's the big deal.
I was only in town for one day. My stay was great, from the friendly staff, clean room, and it was very quiet. They also had vegan shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the bathroom. Which was a nice surprise. Since I am on my. Vegan journey ?
2 week stay in the hotel. Ideally located for the mall (sorry walk but no obvious sidewalk). Decor felt a little tired in the hotel, like most that have had business affected by COVID, but the excellent staff were welcoming and very helpful and gave good advice on how to get into Philadelphia for the day (take the bus!).Nice gym, good sized rooms.

Mice in the room... would not give another room and offered no resolve. HORRIBLE customer service and will never return nor recommend.
it's a beautiful place to stay and our accommodations are excellent. The hotel has everything you need or won't within walking distance.
