I personally don't think their ice cream is as good as people make it out to be; However they have good milkshakes. The shakes could have some improvement in the consistency but in terms of sweetness/flavor they get an "A". Also, the store often pauses operations for short periods of the day for example the storefront will be closed from 12:30n-1:15pm and then again around 4:00pm-4:45pm, I would assume this happens due to low staff and for labor law reasons, but it's still quite unfortunate. Lastly, a few of the staff members could revisit the company's customer service training as they all don't have adequate customer service skills, on some days the staff members can be very nonchalant. All in All, the ice cream itself is a 6/10 and the staff is 4/10.

Had a strawberry blond, the guy took less than 5 seconds to mix, and forgot to add whip cream, when i asked if it comes with cream he grabbed the cup and added some and got it back, he was very rude and unapologetic , Cold stone needs to take time to teach -> the team in the store represent them and if a customer experience is -ve people like me wont go to cold stone ever...
Yuck. There is absolutely NOTHING special about their ice cream. I had banana bread pudding flavor and it tasted like play dough. Super overpriced too. We will skip that one next time!
They Doesn’t hear properly and add without checking also., they added pecan in bday cake remix. When I went to billing asked what are the extra then they said they added pecans I said no I never said pecans., they didn’t replace also. they said changed it, but ended up gets so many pecans, which made my kids almost choke. Very very disappointed. And they close whenever they want. Tried many times almost 1hr before the mall closes but they say it’s closed., finally got it today but they end up serving me wrong., disappointing disappointing

I wonder if the owner knows that the employees close whenever they get ready. Actually will place someone in front tontur people away from ordering. It was 3pm Saturday afternoon., 3 people working and the girl says " We short staffed so we closing " unbelievable.. they just didn't want to work. Smh. This has happened more than once inside of 2 months by the way.
horrible customer service. waited in line for like 10 minutes and i got to the counter and asked for chocolate and she said she can’t do chocolate because she’s allergic and then just went on with other orders. didn’t ask the other lady to do my order or anything. confused why a company would hire someone with that kind of allergy when chocolate is in more than half the things they sell/promote.
Closed early for no reason. It says 6 online. Closed at 4:57. This is getting super old. It’s not hard to update your hours online or you know, honor the hours you say you’ll be open.
Love the ice cream and toppings at Cold Stone especially for a corporate chain. During our visit they were out of a few ingredients, including whipped cream.I removed a star for service. The staff let the customers do whatever, and the line got disorganized, they were confused. They struggled to ring everyone up.
