If I can I give you zero stars. I got acai bowl comes with moldy blueberries. I complain and show them whole bowl they are not sorry or even offer to replace the berries. Never go again.

The guy was very nice.Items: Mango-pineapple and Coconut-Pineapple (Piña Colada)Very good, my favorite was the one with coconut, it wasn't so sweet, very refreshing.Price: Fair, size and price.Place: This place is small (kiosk), not for dining. It's to take and walk around.Marketing: Although it is a small business, I appreciate, they have a card to redeem a drink (But 6 Get 1). This little things make the difference.
When I was lasts at KOP Karen Oliver Beauty told me about this great smoothie place in the mall that has over 50 different options to choose from so we walked around to Co-Cool Smoothie Bar to get a delicious smoothie I got the mango passion fruit, Karen got the strawberry mango ... They were thick and full of so much flavor.That is because they uses real ingredients ?? ??????? ... I recommend you take yourself around there and enjoy their many flavors located near the Rite Aid on the lower level
I work in the mall and this is the place where I usually go get my drink. I like them because they use fresh fruits instead of syrups, which makes a big difference!

I've been coming here for my boba needs for years now. Honestly I get something from here nearly every time I at KOP. Highly recommend, always get great service and the people working there are incredible.
You wouldn't know what's best without having tried the smoothies and milk tea here.
Update: I originally left a wonderful review but shortly afterward my wife and I got very bad stomach upsets/diarrhea/nausea from the bubble teas (we have had nothing else to eat/drink for the last 6 hrs, it is definitely from these teas). I've never had this happen before from a drink. I hope management figures out why so this doesn't happen in the future. Please improve your hygiene practices.Original 5 star review:No idea what the negative reviews are about, this is by far the best bubble tea I've had in the Philadelphia area. It is by far the best in this mall and Chester County. And this is coming from someone raised in NYC who's had a ton of bubble tea. Delicious bubbles (other places are hard and nasty) and the customer service is incredible. Me and my wife are very happy customers!
I have been going to Co-cool for quite some time now (I go almost every week sometimes twice a week) and manage to love their bubble tea every time! First of all, the staff are SO kind and always have a smile on their face! If you want to know how much I love Co-Cool, first: the kind lady memorized my bubble tea order 2: Kop mall (where Co-Cool is located) is ⓉⒽⒾⓇⓉⓎ minutes away from my house! Not only is their bubble tea amazing so is their smoothies! I recommend the strawberry banana smoothie! All of the drinks here are delicious and BIG! They give you what you pay for (plus the drinks are cheap in pricing!) So here is my order to give it a try +I never could find a bubble tea place with this order my order is Watermelon milk tea with mango popping boba! So I 100/10 recommend co-cool!
