At or around 4:35pm on June 26 we walked up to the counter and asked if we could place an order because the guy behind the counter did not look behind him. The guy behind the counter was cooking on the grill and when we asked he said that they were closing in the minutes and he is cleaning up. We walked away and about 15 minutes later when we had ordered food from another store in the food court we saw that this location was still serving food. About 25 minutes after he had turned us away we went back and asked another person now behind the counter if they were still open and serving. She said yes they were still serving It was now 5:18 and she said that they were on break and that she was the manager. They did not have any name tags on so I could not get the names. She said the she was sorry with an attitude and looked away.I will not spend my money at this or any other Chipotle location.
The team was out of burrito tortillas so I compromised by asking for a burrito bowl. The lady then said they were closed and refused to serve me. Later I saw them serving other customers. When I asked they tried telling me it was a miscommunication, so I asked if they could serve me then. They refused. I asked to speak to a manager. They refused. The team then laughed as I walked away. I felt humiliated and marginalized. I had to send in a corporate complaint. The staff is definitely rude. I'm a loyal Chipotle customer and experiences like this make me not want to eat at ANY of their restaurants.EDIT: Corporate compensated me with 2 free burritos. Thanks corporate :) I would still recommend being cautious when ordering from this location.
Waited in line for 20 minutes as the employees stocking the fridges (ignoring us the entire time) did nothing to help. We asked if they were closed, and they told us that the only person that could help us was coming in a couple minutes. Then, when they finally helped us, we were told they only had one tortilla left. When the next person said they wanted a bowl, the person doing the line rolled their eyes.
I paid $16 for chips, a chicken bowl and a drink. I had to wipe my table, the garbage was overflowing, and there was food on the floor.
3 employees and only one doing the work. Out of everything that I was going to order. No forks or anything stocked.
I came in at 6:15 and I was told that they're not making burritos because they close at 7. I was also told they're not making any more food because they close at 7. I politely left and ate elsewhere, but I really wanted that burrito. As someone who used to work at Chipotle years ago, unless policies changed at some point, we cooked until the very end. Serving every customer until doors closed. Considering that the employees were just standing around talking and turning lights off at 6:30, it really seemed like they just didn't want to cook, and were just trying to get out early. Probably learned this behavior from poor management, who also feels the same way. It just seems Chipotle just gets worse but more expensive every year.
I drive to this chipotle(only one near me) regularly around dinner time and every time they are out of the fajitas. As a vegetarian, it’s important that they keep the veggies stocked since there is no point of me getting a burrito with nothing in it. Sometimes I show up 3-4 hours before closing and they still refuse to make more fajitas. It’s really disappointing and it’s happened several times to the point where I have not had chipotle in almost 4 months now. Can someone tell the workers to make the food lol
It's abundantly clear that the current staff is not cut out for the food business. I go there regularly during the evening because I do not have kitchen at home and I can tell you for fact they are all miserable peaple who can't deal with peaple and the quality of the food has gone down compared to before the pandemic.
person preparing my salad was unfriendly and the portion size was tiny. 16 bucks for a salad that was only about 3 oz total and this included a skimpy portion of guac and mild salsa.
The food was good, but it was so busy!
