Terrible slow service with a 25% capacity.Numerous groups got up and left before ordering due to lack of servers presence.Ordered a Bloody Mary which is supposed to come with celery, pickles, and olives for garnish. When it came out with zero garnish, I asked if it was supposed to have any, and the reply was”we don’t have any”Would not recommend this place
It was fair my food was cold the waitress was not the best plus we had multiple people waiting on us and I'm never fond of multiple servers but I must say the other servers did give us better service than the waitress that was appointed to us. I went for dinner with a few guys I worked with. Being a chain restaurant I didn't have big expectations anyway. Normally I give better reviews but I have to be honest.
Decent food though wish they would have more fish options on their menu. Great servers. Will return. Why don’t they offer a military or senior discount like other chains do?

Server said 25 minute wait...fine. waited and waited longer. Then I asked him if he missed us. He said he called our name and we didn't respond? I was sitting in the waiting area the whole time. Then we wait longer to get seated. Brings us to a bar table.....20 more minutes never got waited on. Walked out. An hour and fifteen minutes after a long car ride. Went to wawa!
Everytime we go it's like our first date! The Honey Chipotle chicken was tender and delicious!
Food was done pretty quicklyI got 2 half rack of ribs different flavor, ribs were garbage. The mango habanero chicken fingers were good. Fries was a little warm and coleslaw was trash… I wouldn’t come here again + the service was weird, I was standing there for a lil bit while workers just walked right past me then they came, I wasn’t greeted just strange.
Not sure what happened to this place, but unlikely we'll ever go back. It's a shame cause it used to be nice. Went in a month ago, hostess was rude, like we were bothering her by being there. Every table in the place that wasn't being used, needed to be bussed. Just in a state of shambles.
We haven't been here in years because the service is terrible. We decided to try out again and that was a mistake. Their site said they had curbside but we texted when we got there and nothing happened. We tried to call and noone a answered. We got the food about an hour past when we ordered. It had been sitting for sure. The chili sucked-it was only ground beef for the most part. There was no apology for the food taking so long, and they didn't seem to care that several people were waiting for take out.
