This chick fil a is in the mall King of Prussia, if you visit for first time, it's confusing where you order the food and pay for it no one help you , they just assume you know what they are telling you to do.My son wanted to eat there if I had been alone I would have went to pop eyes.
Food was amazing but the troll woman who calls out the orders is more rude than the brand. Please find someone who actually has customer service for the position.
I had my first terrible experience with Chick-fil-A this past week at the KOP Mall. After doing some shopping at the mall, we stopped at the food court around 5pm for dinner. While my wife went with another place, I chose Chil-fil-A. If the guardian of the Holy Grail from Indiana Jones was there, he would have said... "He chose... poorly."While there was no wait for food, that also meant everything I ordered was ready to go... and had been sitting. None of my food was hot. My first-ever spicy chicken sandwich and my daughter's mashed potatoes were both cold. My daughter who loves chicken nuggets refused them after taking a bite. I tried them out and they were very dry. They tasted like they had been sitting under the warming lamps for hours. Same for the cajun fries. The best part of the meal was my Coke. The gentleman who took my order and got my food also didn't seem like he wanted to be there.Definitely will not be eating at this Chick-fil-A again.
By now I expect you are familiar with chicken fil A. What more can I say.So here are the negativesWay to much ice in the drinks. It's crazySandwiches a little expensive for fast foodThat's about all. Tastes great

This Chick-fil-A does not disappoint. Generally very popular, the lines can be long but the service and quality are good. Ordered a nuggets kids meal with Mac and cheese and the Spicy Deluxe chicken sandwich. Both the nuggets and the spicy deluxe were hot, fresh, and crispy with just the right level of seasoning. Extra tomatoes and a good amount of lettuce showed the quality that went into it. The fries have a hint of sea salt which isn't overwhelming and were also hot and crispy. The Mac and cheese is heavy but just as good as expected.
Chick fil A is so cool and always go the extra length to make sure I get my doordash customers their food. And the food is so good and fresh. Awesome company.
Customer service used to be great. The milkshakes used to be delicious. The chicken sandwich and nuggets used to be hot juicy and delicious. Chick fil-A is just like all the other fast food restaurants. No need to make a special trip to chick fil a just go to whatever fast food restaurant is closer. Food used to be great. I haven't heard any workers say it's my pleasure in awhile. I guess they don't have to say that anymore. Two thumbs down.

Strictly a drive-thru, once I place my order wait time was less than 10 minutes, and the food was hot and cooked right well done to be exact. Once I place my order paid for it was in and out of the drive-thru in less than 15 minutes.
