I frequent this chic fil a often and the service and food quality has gone down quite a bit. The drive thru line is always long but quick. Its hit or miss if the people working outside will give that quality greeting or customer service you look forward to, even at the window. Twice my ice tea wasn’t sweet and my sons sprite tastes like seltzer water. What an inconvenience to have to get back in line for these items and wait all over again. They fill all the other drinks to the top except for the sweet tea and a large fry is more like a medium. One time my fries were just a bunch of crumbs. Its like they don’t take the time out anymore to deliver freshness and quality. Some the younger people behave really unprofessional at the window. I called and complained before and they brushed it off and apologized. Im over it.
Idk where to start. Drive thru is your best bet when coming here. Even if the lines are around the block. You will still get your food faster than curbside or pick up. They will have so many bags waiting for pick up and never call out a name even tho they see people standing and waiting. Some days the chicken sandwiches are extremely thin. And the girls in the kitchen do more playing and talking than working.
Service was friendly and quick. Chocolate shake was so-so. I've gotten better ones at Burger King. Chicken was delicious as always.
I appreciate how the King of Prussia store is trying to keep safe by maximizing the drive through service but with gas prices being so high, 25 minutes of idling wastes a lot of fuel. Note: the long wait time was due to volume of customers, not slow service.
Good food and quick service. The place was very clean. The employees and managers were all very attentive. (We ate inside). Chick-fil-A always has good customer service and this was A+.
Always fresh food, wonderful customer service and very organized ordering system so nothing is confused. I truly love how they make you feel welcomed (classical music) and comfortable (free coffee refills for dine-in) with any waiting period you have for special orders!!! No other fast food restaurant matches their level of class and service. ? Always worth the time and money to get Chick-fil-A! KEEP IT UP ??
I used to really like this place, the older gentleman who takes orders in the drive through has the best customer service I've ever seen. I was in line for him and a young female employee came over to take my order since her line had cleared out. She didn't ask if I wanted a meal and overcharged me. I didn't check the bag until I was back at work, no big deal, all I need is a refund. Called and spoke to a manager, gave my order number and was told I'd get a call back for the refund. This was well over a week ago, no callback, no refund. I'll just go to Wawa next door for lunch, they accept EBT and don't overcharge like chick-fil-a does.
Went up to this area for a visit. Stopped to grab a bite. There was no indoor seating available. The lines outside were long,inside was quick. Food was great. Restaurant and kitchen area was clean. We went around 3pm. Very busy.
Always good food great attitude with a smile. Ready to please the customer. Quick service, I’ve never waited more than a minute for my food.
I worked here back in 2019, and absolutely loved the atmosphere! It was so friendly & pleasant, my team felt like my family. I had a crush on the manager Brandon though I didn't know - at the time- he was married (ha-ha). His wife Devon, also the manager is a gentle soul. I think the quality of people there and the level of excellence required maintains the beauty of this place. Their motto and foundation on Christainity and 'Christ likeness' in all things has really blessed the works of their hands from the founder on down!
