The drinks here are great! Plus this place literally has the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen!
Absolutely delicious coffee! Very welcoming and happy staff. Ralphy was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to talk to us . Definitely recommend if you are in the king of Prussia area
I love Capital One Cafés but this one is pretty flawed as its hours are shorter than the mall’s hours. ATMs can’t be accessed when the cafe is closed even if the rest of the mall is open.For future locations like this Capital One should select a space with an exterior entrance so ATMs can be accessed after hours.

Completely stupid place to have a cafe. King of Prussia Mall. No outside access in a monstrous mall. Walked for 20 minutes to find it. Got there and a lovely sign on the front stating "Temporarily Closed, Sorry for the inconvenience". Waiting in line is an inconvenience. Driving 30 minutes out of my way is an inconvenience. Having hours posted on Google, Open-8, saddles you with the responsibility of actually being OPEN during the posted hours. Absolutely ridiculous! Needing to deposit a large amount of cash, with very limited cafe locations sucks as it is. Seeking a local bank now.
Way better than any other coffee shops. Their coffee is amazing! I have never been to a clean coffee shop ever since I left Korea. Capital one cafe is clean at all times and they have architectural and interior design that allows you to enjoy coffee and also bring my work in to the coffeeshop! I am amazed at the meeting rooms they have integrated in the cafe! I would 100% recommend customers capital one cafe!
The environment is very relaxing and the staff is friendly and helpful with whatever you need. Capital One discount makes the experience even better.

Friendly staff both banking and at the cafe part. I like that they have private rooms that you can sit in for web conferencing without annoying other coffee drinkers.
