I was just there tonight. The employee who assisted me with my take out order was amazing. Super friend and professional. Helped me navigate the menu and pick out the perfect sauce for my wings. I wish I got her name, but I was there around 8:30. Thanks again!
Update March 2022: just visited here again to see the first time could be a miss. Again I saw the same issue . Staffs are careless , not attentive , does not care you are sitting without any orders taken. Worst to visit. Reducing one star now.Moderate in size and located in the mall. Lot of Parking spaces and easily approachable and parkable away from the crowded area. Service speed could have been better. Food tastes good and drinks options are good.
Great service. It was a slow night and the server did an amazing job. Took care of my guest and I with a hot sauce tasting before ordering. Only negative was I got the check and was charged twice for chips and salsa. But wanted the trio and was charged for both. Only 5 bucks but it was the principle. Still gave 5 stars because of the service.
My third time coming here this past weekend, my friend and I had a fantastic waitress. Her name was Sabrina, although her name tag said Lisa, so dk what's up with that, but moving, she was very sweet and bubbly!!! We had our normal meal of chicken tenders, along with onion rings and pretzel knots. We didn't know what alcohol we wanted to drink, so we went with what Sabrina suggested; a strawberry Hennesy cocktail, the "Henny Hustle." One of the best drinks I've had, EVER. Ugh, our server was literally so amazing, I can't wait to come back and see her.
Walked in ready to eat some wings! We were greeted almost immediately and sat at a booth. We ordered a side of fries and they were super crispy. After 20 minutes our wings came out as well and they were juicy. We don't watch much sports but just came for the wings and it was definitely worth it. Highly recommend if you're craving for some wings and watching some sports! ?
Came here for the first time for takeout. I had to wait a long time for my 6 boneless wings. I didn’t know that they put the prepaid orders on a shelf so I was probably sitting for an extra 10 minutes for something. And then when i received my order I got bone in instead of boneless so I went it to get the correct wings. There was no apology for the screw up, only “there making the new ones now.” I work in the food industry so I understand if it’s busy but I wish I was cared for me and not ignored. I would come back but I hope the service improves.
It’s bdubs, and as usual, no matter what location you go to, they are just average.Suggestions:if you want extraordinary- hire extraordinary people.Train properly. It’s obvious the training was lacking at this location. And the staff were pleasant, and you could tell they had poor leadership who guided very little.Strive for perfection and amazing! Burnt chips that came out oily and in 2 minutes! WOW! Wings were good - I just wish the sauce was completely coated on the wings!It took an hour to get a table in a half full dining room. Lack of staff and lack of good leadership is obvious.
The waitresses and manager were very friendly, and the restaurant was clean. My wife ordered the street tacos which were perfect, and I ordered 10 boneless wings. My wings arrived more than five minutes after my wife's food, and I was disappointed to see that half the wings were barely sauced (large patches of dryness on the wings) AND I had received only 8 wings instead of 10. Given that we dined in during a slow period, I had to wait several extra minutes for my single order of wings, and that somehow the deficit in wing count and sauce quantity escaped the quality control of both the chef and the waitress is just unacceptable. If you can't get wings right, what's the point of calling yourself Buffalo Wild Wings?
Worst service at this place! I and my friends went here once and we were made to wait for half an hour outside and didn't even eat there after all the wait. The attendant/receptionist was very rude, unprofessional and was not at all helpful. They literally killed so much of our time (and hunger). Happy to share that we then went to Dominos where the staff was very nice and professional. Would go here only if I have the entire day in hand to sit and waste in a restaurant and have no problem being talked to rudely i.e. NEVER. We are never going back here.P.S. - Would give a zero star if I could.
This was quite possibly the worst dining experience of my life. I didn't expect much from a BWW but, wow, this was bad. It took 40 minutes to get our first drink. All the food came out 15 minutes apart from one another. One entre was completely forgotten about and was not brought out until we had to re-order it. Not to mention the wings themselves were absolutely terrible. I don't understand how a place known for buffalo wings can serve wings of such poor quality. The staff there is completely lost. I highly recommend you skip going to this place.
