Asian Fusion Korean Chicken Wings

Quick service in a busy Saturday. We got 10 chicken strips and 8 potstickers! Everything was delicious!

I love bon chon so much but every time I go to this location it’s always something. I paid $40 for chicken that has literally no sauce on it and paid for extra sauce

Pretty disappointed. I go to the one in Philly quite often, and maybe it's my fault for coming here right before closing but I was really hungry and massively craving. The chicken was hard and dry. The soy garlic boneless wings I usually get were a little too salty. Barely any sauce on them. I paid for the pickled radishes, and guess what i did not get? Pickled radishes. And by the time I checked to make sure, it was too late. ??‍♀️ I wouldn't mind it so much if I didn't have to pay for it. Like i make my own at home, but that's the point of eating my wings, to have them on the side. The only good thing was the fries. Those fries were AMAZING. And that's sad to say!

I love the crispiness of Korean fried chicken so I was excited to try this place. With Covid, I now assume longer than usual wait times. It is what it is. But I expect to receive the same quality for the money spent. With that said, my chicken wasn't what I expected. It was dry. I ordered the spicy sauce and only a little was put on. It's nothing like what you see in the pictures. Between the dry chicken and half hour wait time, sadly my family and I won't be coming back.

I usually go to downtown one but bonchon in mall also great taste is good , get order fast and get food fast

Most of them burnt, and long wait

4.5. Bonchon continues to remain consistently delicious, even at a mall location. Pricing & menu are the same as a non-mall location. Generally the line is so long but managed to catch a good time/day I guess. This location is in the new part of the mall.

Came here to try out this new location as I am a big fan of bonchon, first thing I noticed was that the price in this location is much more expensive than the others (~$5 extra per item), which was very frustrating. The second thing was that the boneless chicken I got had very little sauce on it, and the inside was pretty dry as well. Very all pretty disappointing compare to other bonchon locations.

One of the biggest disappointments of such a good restaurant that I discovered from Philly. The dine in version is way more practical and actually more faster than this fast food style bonchon. I love the idea of it being it this way though but you just need the workers. I shouldn’t wait 30 mins like the regular style restaurant, it’s the mall. Workers are great they’re just trying to keep up for high demand of food coming in. Food is great but the tenders need more of the sauce that I love so much. Also stop charging 95 cents for ranch when you guys barely fill it half way up. I remember when bonchon chicken cared about quality and service. When it became just bonchon,it started becoming inconsistent. I hope the owner can get it together before it gets out of hand.

I had been wanting to try BonChon for years but didn't want to drive to the city so I was excited when this location opened!! I went last week and my experience was awesome! The cashier was friendly and my order only took about 10 minutes. I got 20 soy garlic wings and they were crispy and delicious ? I will definitely be back to try more items on the menu!
