Nice ppl
Today at approximately 4pm I stepped up to order and not only was the lady completely rude, she got smart with the customer behind me who kindly asked her to pull her mask up over her nose. The lady rolled her eyes and went back to making pretzels with the same nasty gloves she’d just taken money with.
Customer service at lower level was very rude. Her grumpy face was trying to tell customers just to pay and go away.

I love the pretzels.
Anne's has a certain style to their pretzels, they are a little greasy and a little salty but okay. The Philly Pretzel Factory has a better pretzels but this one is good if nothing else is around.

Thé store staff was very rude! We wanted to buy 2 pretzel dogs, the total was 8$and we only had 100$ and a 5$. The guy told us they can't accept a 100$. When we asked him the reason, he told us to buy only 1 pretzel dog instead. This is crazy, they should put a sign if they have a such a rule.
