Staff was friendly and helpful. Stations looked sanitary.
I purchased the pretzel bites at the location on the 2nd floor in the King of Prussia Mall. The pretzel bites were very fresh and had a yummy butter taste to them with just the right amount of salt.
This review is for the Auntie Anne's at the king of Prussia travel center. The local shops for these chain businesses are typically indistinguishable: decent food, consistent pricing, and staff who try to move you in and out quickly so you can get back on the road again. Did a quick stop for coffee and food. I was already having a very bad day and the food I had purchased slipped out of my fingers and hit the floor. All I wanted to do was pour the coffee into the cup and leave - but was at my wits end. An employee of Auntie Anne's - a middle aged man with a lovely accent - came over to help me. He was so kind and helpful. Kudos to Auntie Anne's for hiring such great people.
Disappointed in this location of a normally great pretzel place. Visited on the mid-week close to lunch and they were out of most everything. Asked for pretzel nuggets and was told it would be about 30-45 minutes. Staff didn't seem too concerned.
While visiting the King of Prussia Mall our family sat down to enjoy a fresh baked pretzel, it was delicious.
When your stomach is growling and you want something quick, this is the place to go. You will get your pretzel and drink fast. However, if you are watching your calories, you may want to skip it. It is however my guilty pleasure once in awhile!
