Always a great stop. Service is always on point though a d your order is right. Good times.
No manager on duty? We went in to get a quick burger. The kid taking our order was a human tater tot. Older gentleman in front of us waited almost 20 minutes for a cup of chili! When we finally got our food and left, we found the burgers tossed into the bag, they were not wrapped. Retraining should be a requirement for that entire crew of workers.
Average Wendy's nothing special . This particular one is close to home for me so I've been often. It's clean and staff is friendly, if I had any gripes at all it would be pulling in to the parking lot and out it's a very congested area and tough to do so . But, that's not the restaurant's fault. Otherwise a good place for a bite.
I usually go through the drive thru, there are a few times we've gone inside, but they are usually pretty fast. Never really have issues with our food. The staff is always super nice as well. The reason I gave 3 stars though, is because my sister actually got a chicken sandwich during our last visit, and it was uncooked/raw in the middle. So that wasn't the best thing. That they're serving food that isn't cooked fully. Makes me think twice about returning now.
That have the best breakfast by far better than McDonald's and bk
I didn't mind the time it took because I know everyone is short staffed. But they gave me the wrong sandwich and I ordered light lemonade and I got one of their made ones. At the window an employee was just standing there eating in the middle of everyone trying to work.
Drive thru is generally fast and accurate. It was taking longer the last time I was there. When I got to the speaker I was greeted with the news that their computers and registers were down, so cash only and if I still wanted to order to go ahead. The staff was working under some challenges and was still cheerful and eager to serve customers. My food was fresh and delicious and I think even better because I knew how hard they were working with out the technology.
Went inside and ordered a taco salad. Took 25 minutes for them to take one out of the refridgerator and hand it to me. I realize they are overburdened with phone in orders, on line orders and Grubhub, and as a result the in store customers suffer. They had order slips all over the counter and most of the orders were filled incorrectly. Next time I will find a small local store that doesn't do all the on line stuff.
Great food and service! Employees Rose and Brenda were a bonus! A real hoot those two! They made a great visit even better! I'll be back when in the area again.
Late night dinner, good food fast, love the new baconator fries, biggie bags and 4 for $4
