Waited for five minutes, before even being acknowledged. My wife and I were the only two people in the store. Finally a person making food told us to use the kiosk. I explained to him it doesn't print off a receipt (a fact I argued with a manager about on a prior visit because of the same issue described of not being waited on. What business can't print a receipt for a purchase?) I waited another couple minutes and walked out. Three people working that I could see. Not one to take an order inside. Drivethrough had their orders taken quickly and made. Obviously Taco Bell doesn't want customers to come inside. Lesson learned.
Every time I go to the scalp avenue location I don't get no hot sauces with my meals. 4days in a row..... now tonight $38 worth of food and no hot sauce with the food again.... simple instructions go along ways. Nacho cheese for the fries barely enough to even eat the fries. Smh
I have always loved taco bell chains and this one in Richland is far better than previously ones that were closed for one reason or another. I assumed when this first opened that it would be a slightly below average experience like it's predecessor was but I will admit I couldn't have been more wrong. Great place to eat with awesome staffing!
Order online. Service was super friendly, but my WHOLE order was wrong. Was not pleased to have wasted nearly 30 dollars at a restaurant and still have nothing to eat.
This taco bell is usually very slow getting orders out and when you go in, I've never been greeted really. Always takes awhile for someone to even wait on you and it's usually with attitude. The taco bell up by the Galleria is so much better compared to scalp ave.
The staff was kind and welcoming. They are fast and serve everything that you order and if not they will make it right. Great place if you dont feel like cooking lol.
Simetimes if its in a dinner or lunch rush,then the food will have to b fresh. Last 2times getting food tho was cold if not sum wrong altogether (except drink) for simply a $5box or2 n 1combo!!??
Tried to get tacos the other day they had their drive-thru light on but they had cones in the Drive-Thru Lane so you couldn't get in there and it was well before they're supposed to have been closed
They are pretty quick, drive thru line is sometimes real long but moves fast. Very polite and accurate. They only thing is sometimes they don't have what I want.
