This was the most fun I've had in a long time. This was the first time to your restaurant and it was also my first time seeing a drag show. Let me tell you they were so beautiful and so much fun. I'll definitely be back. Oh and the food was good too LoL ?

My apologies for apparently accidentally posting a one star review. Usually I just make pocket calls or start video chats. Our stop at Primanti Bros. was quite positive. We had the Thursday pizza deal, which included a nice salad and beverages (a pitcher, so no waiting for refills). Our server was excellent, and the food was just fine. The pizza ingredients were very fresh. My only disappointment was that the sausage crumbles were so small that the sausage only played a minor supporting role in the flavor. The mushrooms and onions were generous.
If you love sandwiches, this place should be on your radar. It's a regional chain. Typical atmosphere for a sandwich/sports bar type place. Lots of sandwich options, but it's not all sandwiches either. Fast service. Enjoyed it immensely!
We were really looking forward to eating here, so much that we had half of our order picked out ahead of time from looking at the online menu. We were seated and sat there for over 10 minutes and no one came to get our drink order despite walking past us about 5 times to get boxes for tables, checks, and pizza stands. At this point we had already decided on drinks, an appetizer, and meals. A duo came in after us and were seated diagonally from us. The waitress greeted them in less than 5 minutes and took their drink order. The hostess whispered in her ear, I assume to tell her we were first and to wait on us next. The waitress looked right at me but kept walking. We then got up to leave, no one even asked us what the matter was or told us to have a good night and we walked past 3 people at the hostess station by the door.It was extremely rude and disrespectful of them to ignore us. Terrible customer service and outright rude or ignorant staff is no way to run a business.

My only bit of constructive criticism is this. The wing sauces aren't consistent. Last time I went I got the XX Hot and it was amazing and super spicy. This time I went and it wasn't close. I'm not sure if different Cooks make it differently or what exactly is the reason. This isn't the only time this has happened. Get that together and I'd give 5 stars. Wait staff and bartenders are quick and efficient. Always happy to serve! Will definitely continue to patronize this place. Just fix the sauce situation! ?
Fries were very greasy and cold.My chicken was cold and had a weird taste.Bar tender was a cool guy but food...trash.first time coming and my last??
Sandwiches are amazing! Every member of the staff has been fantastic every time I've been here. Even when ordering food for delivery, it's so good.
First of all, Caleb, our waiter, was by far the absolute best I've ever had...he was beyond friendly and helpful not to mention full of personality:) the food was very fast. Well prepared. Prices were very fair.
