Got together with a couple family members for dinner. Our server Brandon greeted us and showed us to our seats. We were given our menus and drinks and Brandon returned within a reasonable amount of time to take our orders. Brandon was very friendly polite and accommodating. Our food arrived as ordered and we all enjoyed our meal.
It was late morning and I was not sure if I wanted breakfast or lunch. Never been to Perkins so went here. I walked in and was seated very quickly. I was given menus and combined my lunch and breakfast with this breakfast burger. My order was taken quickly and I received my food in just a few minutes. The food was presented nicely on the plate. The burger tasted good, but I thought it was missing something for my taste. I asked for hot sauce and made it better. The breakfast potatoes were delicious! The waitress was fast, efficient, and she gave diner style service( meal, condiments, napkins all served and placed at the edge of the table closest to the waitress ). My waitress was friendly and seemed to know a lot of the regulars as she greeted them by name and asked about them, even if they weren't sitting at one of her tables. It seemed the people were talked to made their day. The checkout experience was very nice, quick, and sociable.

While the restaurant was only about 20% occupied everyone was back to back in booths in one small section. So much for social distancing.
I've tried many different options on the menu and have loved every dish. I usually call ahead for takeout and my food is always on time, fresh and delicious ?
Service was a bit slow. The kitchen was backed up. Our waitress was so nice!! Food was really good!
Our sever Karen was an absolute delight. Honestly made the entire experience besides this being a favorite restaurant of mine even better. Reily was also informative as my best friend nd I are visiting nd needed tourist information. Fantastic ppl working there! ?

Most recently, I stopped to get a piece of wild berry pie. I like Perkins pies and this one has no added sugar.A prior visit I had breakfast. Sometimes, like this one, I ordered something I won't make at home. California avocado eggs Benedict. Side of hash browns and wheat toast. Very good.I will return here as breakfast is my favorite meal to eat at restaurants.Great service and I make a lot of requests for coffee and water refills.
