I know the wings aren't your fault as they come in from the distributor that way but they are nothing but fat even ordering well done changed nothing. Pizza needs some work, our pizza was white on the bottom, appears to have been shown the oven but never put in. So do we need to select the well done option to get it in the oven? Won't be ordering again, this was strike three from this location. The chain overall has gone down hill.
I have no problem with the food. I have problem with the delivery. They keep leaving my food on the porch after I put delivery on the app. They not knocking on the door at all. I know cause I have a dog that bark when someone do.
Found a hair baked into the cheese...called to complain and was on the phone for over 20 mins, still could not speak to manager. Would not recommend this pizza franchise. To order, it is a call center in India as well
I received pizzas that looked like they were throw on the ground before getting to me. Tried calling for almost 1 her and just get hold message
Customer service and food as good as it’s always been.
Their food is absolutely fantastic. I've never had an issue with them. The food is always hot and delicious
