So Saturday April 23rd me and my friend had stopped at McDonald's on scalp ...to get the two breakfast sandwich special...also a coffee and a orange juice...always same order...they weren't busy maybe 2 other people in drive thru....this was around 8:10ish a.m.... and we got the drinks and one sandwich... WOW...this the 2nd time this month and our order isn't a large order at all...2 drinks...and 2 breakfast sandwiches ...how hard is it...and they just rush I understand I used to work fast food but always checked my orders before giving it to guest....and 2 sandwiches crazy...need better helper's...
Went to McDonald's and the guy that took my order was great but the one guy in the back was rude about giving my milkshakes and put two out on the counter when there was supposed to be three, was not in uniform he had on a hoodie, he was not wearing a hat, then when my sister went up to get sauce he made eye contact with her and then walked away and then when I went up and asked for sauce he had attitude about giving me sauce's.
First of all they rushed us. And second they got the order wrong. I said a mcchicken meal and they gave me a mcchicken and a spicy one and basket of fries and charged us for all that. They chicken nuggets seem like they were left in the fryer too long.
Absolutely raw! I Can’t believe I was even served this as a meal! Disgusting you should be ashamed of yourself!!
Rudest McDonald's expirence I've ever had. I've worked in food service for 5 years and I've never seen such rude workers. Terrible drive thru, disgustingly rude workers. The workers at both window at 1:40pm need a new job.
Not one to usually complain,especially since ik wut its like; however for practically 3times in a row my food was made sloppy n greasy. Not to mention the fries were all cold. The once half the crew didnt have their hair up n just standing around!! The manager on shift told them to kick it in gear but nm was done after... Such a ridculous experience.
Waited in the drive thru for over 20 min the person that was taking orders a said hold on and I sat there for 5 min while 3 cars from the other went thru get tot he window to pay and had to wait almost 5 minutes because the person didn’t know what they were doing get my food and it’s cold and the fries were barely cooked would not recommend waste of my money
One of the ONLY ones in my area that make the hot Mocha Coffee.... All the rest have the same story every single day. One excuse after another for why they can't make it. This McDonald's made it without hesitation.... Thank You.
Stopped for some iced coffee and was told the machine was broken. Yes, that’s seriously what they told me. Sucks because that’s all I came for, so I left.
Showed up at 11:40…sat at the drive through order point for 10 minutes…no one took my order so pulled around to the window…still no service…so screw them…went to Burger King instead…
