This has to be the worst run McDonalds in the area! I just moved here and I used it for convenience! I’ve had issues in the past, missing drinks and a roudy dining room, but today take the cake!!! The young girl at the counter was making out w her boyfriend at the counter! The employees cooking were swearing up a storm! F-this and F-that! I had to go up 2x and ask for missing items from the order! The manager didn’t even seem to mind the zoo like atmosphere! When she noticed my clearly present frustrations she made the comment “this isn’t the street corner, quiet down”.
I ordered at the drive thru Paid for my order was asked to pull to spot 2 waited 25 minutes in my car with a sick baby and never got my order. Asked the food runners where my order was they had no clue. They went inside to check. I waited 15 more minutes they were running food to everyone who ordered after me so I drove back around to see about a refund. The manager on duty wouldn't come to the take out window to give me a refund they had me go inside with a baby who was just tested positive for covid. It was really packed inside so I left without my refund. They stole my money. This place should fire everyone starting with management and hire people who knows what there doing. Done with this place....
This was the worst service I have ever recieved at any McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. No one in the 1st window to pay so we finally pull to the 2nd window a young girl finally appeared in the 2nd window and rudely says you were to pay at the 1st window. We calmly said I'm sorry there was no one there. 5 min later comes back with my card and no receipt as I ask for one she walked away. They give us our drinks and ask us to pull forward and that's when we noticed 3 other cars waiting a head of us. We waited 25 min for our food and during that time 2 cars left with out getting their food. When we checked our order 2 items were missing so we waited again. All of our food was stone cold. I now can't even do a survey because they gave me no receipt. All of this while 4 employees sat in the dining room doing nothing. Someone needs to run that place and stop letting it be a free for all.
SLOWEST fast food ever. Minimum 20 minute drive through and ALWAYS asked to pull up and wait for food not prepared. Orders rarely correct.
Food is usually decent but lately no matter what you order you are told to pull up to the mobile order spots to wait for your food. So much for fast food.
Horrible service everyone else got there orders but me getting very irritated. Would not recommend this McDonald's. Forgot to mention that they gave my food away to someone else!
Very bad service. Food was literally given to someone then had to wait another 10 for my food. Do not come here unless you want to wait 30 minutes for your food.
Stopped for shamrock shake and after paying for it they said they were out of base but someone was going to get some from another McDonalds to stop back later., they would put name on a list. Went back several hours later and they said they were sanitizing the machine, come back tomorrow. Went back next day and they said they can’t make it they are waiting for ingredients to come in on truck. Refused to give refund because of not having a receipt. original order was made in drive thru, and they don’t give receipts in drive thru but name is on list , come back tomorrow. So now we have three trips using our gas and still no shakes.
I was told to go wait for "fresh fries" annnnd I didn't order any fries. Sooo I go wait for "fresh fries" and 15 minutes later, I'm off with no fries??♂️??♂️If you're going to make someone wait 15 min for fresh fries....give them fresh ???
It's the service...I need number to call to compliment the service I received there. It is newly renovated so clean & seating is spacious. Even manager was helpful!
