My order was around $53.00 and both large organe HI-C's tasted like water. I got 3, 10 piece nuggets ordered dipping sauce for all 3...and got absolutely no dipping sauce. the 3 orders of large fries, all tasted like they sat for awhile and they tried to re-fry them, and most of the fries were even to hard to eat. the quarter pounders had big chunks, of uncut onion. to say the I am disappointed is an understatement!!! I absolutely don't expect gourmet, but I do expect the workers, managers, and owners to care about their work, and what they produce, and give to PAYING customers!!!! I work in the medical field, and pretty sure if I ever did this type of work I would be reprimanded, shown the proper way of doing it given a grace period to show i understand and can implement the proper process, if not I would be fired. if you do not have checks and balances to keep your employees doing the best than can, than you need to implement some kind of quality control measures. truly wouldn't be that hard to have a team member in charge of overseeing quality of product, and teaching and encouraging employees to have respect for themselves, and what they produce!!!!!
If you stop here in the evening at drive thru expect a 20 to 30 min wait with 2 cars in front of you. This is one of the slowest McDonald's I've been at.Update: just waited 35 min for the wrong order and burnt fries.
This is by far the worst McDonalds in all of Johnstown. For dozens of reasons. If you want your order to be wrong & take forever to get 100% of the time. Then this is the place for you! Even with the owners stepping in it barely makes a difference. Do not leave without checking your order everytime or you will regret it. Not all of the staff is bad but some of the people working at this location are terrible. They hate there jobs, do not care about it & put in minimal effort. If you do DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEats or any other delivery service. Do not accept orders from here or you will get a bad review from the customer because something will be wrong with the order everytime & they will blame you for.
Ordered at 11:38. I didn't get my food till 12:10. As you see I ordered 2 double cheeses and mchickens. I ended up having to ask the manager to see what was going on because I asked one of the workers if they knew what was going with my order at around 20 minutes in and he said without even looking at me "we working on it my guy". After seeing 5 orders go before me that ordered more than five minutes after I did, and ordered more food than I did. Naturally i got upset. I usually don't complain because I used to work in fast food, a couple different McDonald's myself, I get it, it's frustrating and sometimes overwhelming but like come on. And to top everything off I got a crispy chicken for one of my mchickens. I'm not complaining about that too much but I did want a McChicken not a crispy chicken sandwich. I would've rated zero if I could, y'all be hiring anybody I guess.
I was on a McDonald's kick so I was going here often. Each time I pre-ordered my food and waited. Never once did I complain about the wait. I just left today and my experience was awful she brought out my food forgot my sauces and my drink I was in the 1 parking spot where they told me to park the she told me to move my car. I said if your busy I'll just come in no big deal she comes out with my drinks and no sauces I said I need my sauces she goes OK doesn't ask me what kind so I yell out as shes walking away sweet and sour I get home and it's honey mustard. The Manger here is friendly and attentive and most of the staff seem to be hardworking however the wait times are ridiculous and some of the staff needs better attitudes.
I swear this McDonald's is the worst one I have ever been to. You have to be a special kind of stupid to mess up orders all day at a fast food restaurant. I just went there ordered a chicken nugget kids meal with a dr. Pepper, a large big Mac meal with a large sweet tea and 2 triple cheeseburgers with a large caramel frappe. What I received was a kids meal with no apple slices or dr. Pepper and a 20 piece Mcnugget with 2 large fries and no drinks after I waited there like 20 minutes. Never again will I visit this establishment. This is why McDonald's workers don't deserve $15 an hour.
I paid for my order i irdered 4 dou le cheesburgers plain paid for 4 double cheesburgers plain. Received 3 burgers? They were not they told me if i wanted them plane i could pay again yesterday i waited 32 mins for a meal just go out to eat it takes the same amount of time as these guys do and its better. Also i could just drive to the other one even though its further on scalp at keast you get ehat you need there and get what you pay 4
Don't go here if you can wait go to Scalp or even Westmont this store sucks takes forever and will not get tour prdwr right
It is extremely obvious that everyone here hates their job. I've never been to a place with less helpful employees. I understand that this is downtown Johnstown but still the attitude of the workers and there dismissiveness towards any questions or requests for help is just disgusting. But again this is downtown Johnstown so I guess it should be expected
Only McDonald's here in the area and every time I go there it never fails where u have to pull up and wait for someone to bring you your food .. I thought this was fast food
