We ordered at 6:42 and it took a long time to receive our order. The staff were blaring rap music in the background. Service was terrible. They didn't even start making our meal until we went up there and inquired about it.
How smart do you have to be, to know. Not to put a cookie under hot food? Why is the cookie always inside where the Open food is? That is so unsanitary. Tired of waiting for overcooked food that isn't worth the time you spend waiting. #Alpo
Ordered a 2 peice wing & breast meal. The wing was smaller then a wing dig. It was literally the size on the butter package that they give you for the biscuit. The breast was smaller then most thighs. The bones in the chicken were black & the chicken tasted spoiled. To top it all off the counter person & two of the other worker from the kitchen or wherever they worked got smart with Me when I questioned the size of the chicken. Then they brought out a wing dig & it was bigger then My wing. So I said look right there is proof that was just as small as a wing dig. So they said So What do you want us to do. By that time. The additude that they where giving Me . I told them that I wanted My money back & I will never go in there ever again .
Rude employees and old popcorn chicken. All breading and dried out. Made me sick.
The last several times we've tried to go to Richland KFC, they have had the lobby closed in the middle of the day. Today, there was no sign on the door so we thought they had the lobby open. They were very rude. Looked like plenty of workers in there and almost no line in drive thru, but they couldn't be bothered to open the lobby. Carry out only every time we go in for the last several weeks. Our business is elsewhere.
The employee that took my order was kinda snippy. I'm typically not a complainer or a bad reviewer but this was not the first time I'm had this kind of encounter:( I know people are overworked and understaffed but faking a good demeanor isn't really that hard:(
Worst kfc I have ever been too. Got my order wrong then when I told them the girl got smart with me. Food wasn't hot, coleslaw was dry, and my biscuit was so hard that if I would have thrown it and hit someone I prob would have knocked them out!! Will never stop back at this one.
Ordered off of DoorDash and payed extra for the sauce didn’t even get it extra they always miss somthing it’s good food.
Since this place has reopened I have been here in the driveup approx 4 -5 times. Never ONCE have they gotten the order correct. They also do not give you napkins or utensils or butter for that matter. Why is it so difficult to do your job correctly.
Stopped in to grab something to eat today and went inside to order and was told I'd have to go through the drive thru. This is how you lose customers. I don't know what the managements problem is but this is rediculas. Hey management, stop listening to the government and stop acting incompetent as they are.
