The quality and amount of meat had really gone downhill. Used to be really good, but this time it's not very impressive. And the prices have gone up too.
Tasty. Very busy, resulting is service that isn't fast. Food worthwhile, but don't expect it quick.
Someone needs to clean house at the Goucher Street location. All I've ever been met with is an adolescent with an attitude problem. Subs are never made correctly and whoever the snot was working the register at 4pm on 9/5/21, don't ask for house dressing! She has no idea what you're talking about and quickly makes it YOUR problem! Seriously done with Em's ?.

Horrible customer service in westmont.they cant make sandwiches correctly. Constantly mess up orders. Completely horrible and horrible management.
When they get the order wrong, deny it, and blame it on you, that's poor customer service. When you hand the original note with your CORRECT order on it back to them, and they get downright snotty with you - THAT is Adios FOREVER.
Good food with little to no wait. Good experience over all
