Food was very good. Salad bar fresh and stocked.soups great. Just wish they offered a few breads and dessert at salad bar.
They made changes to the buffet we did not like. No sausage gravy?
Always nice to go to. Customer service is great. Sadly, like everywhere, prices are getting out of hand. Can't take a family of 4 often

I was a waitress for many years. Our waitress seated us, brought our water, came back later for our entree order. There were only a few tables with patrons so I could not understand why she did not take my husbands discarded plates, as we left them at the end of the table tucked nicely. The man who was working the salad bar ended up having to help us. I still left her a $10 tip for our $40 meal, but I was baffled. She never even asked if everything was ok.
We have been sitting in the here for 20 minutes being ignored there are 5 tables seated . I have waved to every server to be ignored. I attempted to to verbally call them over and was ignored. We walked out!
This had to be one of our worst dining expenses ever. We were seated and before we even got our coffee, the gentleman who came after us, was served his food. 20min later our appetizer comes. Asked for a refill on coffee and our waitress cleans off another table, completely, and 10 minutes later we get our food. Still no coffee. My meal was missing sausage and over easy eggs were hard as a rock. My wife's pancakes were hard and so cold the butter wouldn't melt. Her eggs were also 10min past being over easy. Spoke with manager and he had an attitude bc his cook staff was terrible. Service was terrible, yet restaurant was empty. Will NEVER go back. Expected much better service from a restaurant in Westmont
Grew up eating here In Pittsburgh. Best food. And excellent service at this location. Will be back.
