The 1 manager of this place is very rude. She blamed her employees for her own mistake and berated them in front of customers. The place is run poorly, even before the pandemic and supply issues they were always out of the first 4 things I order. But didn't know till I got to the window. My drinks are never made or even rang up the same way twice.
They never get your order right. I ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese wraps for my son, simple enough order, they gave me a bag with strips of bacon in it???? Nothing else.
The older worker that is there in the morning who always takes the orders seems to just rush people, she cuts me off and after I say one thing she says anything else even when I'm not done modifying my coffee. If it wasn't for the younger workers she would've messed up my order multiple times, but food and coffee is good still.

Never have any donuts or even muffins at even 10am in the morning let alone 5pm. I was charged for 6 donuts even though i got 4 and coffee is often cold.can’t even deliver the order even if u place it hours earlier. Once i called to order for some coffee n donuts to pick up in a few hours n one of the girls took the order n my name but when i go to pick it up they say someone picked it up n they have no more!i was like why did i order beforehand then!????! This place has horrible service n remarks. 1 star because i had to.
Coffee always cold. Never have donuts or half of the things on the menu. I was charged for hot chocolate they didn’t have. Bunch of 17 year olds girls that just stand around talking. Horrible.
This is without a doubt the WORST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. They refuse to open their dining area so you can only go through the drive thru. The past two Saturdays I've been there before 9am and they are out of almost all the popular donuts. Despite the fact that this DD is right down the street from my house, I drive to the Richland location now, because its so much better. Avoid this location if possible.
The workers here are so rude and incompetent. When you pull up to the speaker they don’t greet you, they go to straight “go ahead w your order” then after you place your order, they say ok and you’re to know to pull up rather than be given a total. Then when you do get to the window, your drink is wrong. My suggestion would be to fire all of them and start fresh.
So I’ve been a Dunkin app user and loyal customer for a long time. This mornings experience is unacceptable for me. My order #709 came out with 2” low on my iced coffee. I asked for less ice because I like my coffee stronger and I drink it very slow. So basically I got less ice and less coffee. Not what I wanted. I was also missing a snakin bacon. So when I went back to get what I was missing I was treated with very bad attitude from the girl in the back. She first said I didn’t pay for the second one then grabbed a bag and threw in the bacon and shoved the bag into the young mans hand that was waiting on me. So check MOBIL order #709 for today. You will see I did pay for 2 and you were wrong!!! And I didn’t deserve that no matter how busy you are. I am not going to use this location anymore. I must say the young man that waited on me at the window was very respectful and kind. I don’t know his name but you need more like him. Thanks young man.!!! I just moved here from Cornelius NC. That’s where I fell in love with Dunkin!! Antiquity and Catawba locations were AWESOME!!
Always out of everything.. coffee is trash.. starbs needs to come in, clean house, and start all over.. it seems convenient for people in westmont.. but you’re just wasting your money.. I would give zero stars if it would let me
