Went on a Saturday around 8pm. The restaurant wasn't even half full, had a 15 minute wait to be seated. Which wasn't bad. But after being seated took forever just to get drinks and order. Finally after 20 min got our drinks and ordered a app and 2 meals. 35 minutes later, the appetizer came out which consisted of warm frees with hardened melted cheese. Then we sat and waited, people that came in after us get food while we waited to 30 more minutes for ours.
Chili's used to be our family go to dinner spot but the last 3 or 4 trips have been rough. Service is either fantastic (seasoned staff) or mediocre (food runners and newer wait staff) but it's the food itself that has been the biggest issue. Wilted lettuce, rubbery avocado, under or over cooked meats and missed instructions (i.e. no onions, wrong dressing). 8 months to a year ago we wouldn't hesitate going, hands down favorite local restaurant, however currently they just seem to be struggling. Here's hoping they can get back to where they were. P.s. also hate the recent menu change.
This place is so gross ?? I trowed up in the bathroom for one the fries, barbecue,corn on the cob two the bathroom and the floor was gross literally gross food was cold had to send back 3 times and still wasn't so I had to order different food but the waitress was nice but horrible she didn't come with or drinks untill about 5 minutes I roccomend don't GO THERE ,OR DENNYS,OR RED LOBSTER Denny's had gross food but the floor and table was clean but I don't roccomend it and red lobster there was a roach in the food mash potatoes to be exact HORRIBLE PLACES
It's like Mexican themed Applebee's. If you like that sort of thing, this is definitely for you. But if you want amazing Mexican food go to El Jalisco right across the road in the plaza. You won't be disappointed.
We went on a Sunday evening, about 6pm. There weren't many people there, but we had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated because they were short staffed. The hostess did let us know this before hand. Even though they were short handed, our waitress and other staff were very pleasant, helpful and attentive. Food was very good, came out hot and fast. Compliments to all the staff that still show up, even when most don't during the Covid aftermath.
started with wrong drinks and gave us an appetizer that wasn’t ours. tables weren’t and we had to wait while they did that. i’m not sure why they are struggling there’s no one here.
Had dinner this afternoon with my 3 boys and seated on the bar side. The bar tender was nice and attentive. A couple guys walked in dressed business casual and sat at the bar. My boys and I were done and ready for the check the bar tender came over and said the one guy paid for our meal. I did go over and thank him, but if the same guy who paid for our meal ends up reading this by a long shot. Thank you is not enough but we were very appreciative as I wasn’t having the best of weeks and you were the kindness God sent tonight for something positive, the act of kindness you did is more than what I can say thank you for even the price of a meal.
The food & service were outstanding!! I got chicken fajita it came out sizzling, not cold. You go you'll enjoy yourself. Plus they have 2 for $25 excluding drinks.
We had a great server! Her name was Kim. Our glasses never went empty and she kept our table clean. The tips we gave her were well deserved! We were a party of 12 with half being kids 8 and under. I wish there were more servers like her. Merry Christmas Kim
