My husband had the "Surf and Turf" - Outstanding!!! I had a the special salad of the evening (peaches, blueberries, spinach etc.) which was excellent. The bartender knows his stuff!
The selections were very good. We both enjoyed our meals and appetizer.

Always a nice atmosphere and never a bad meal. High quality, fresh food with friendly, attentive staff. Dishes are uniquely crafted and never disappoint. If you haven't tried Balance yet, you're missing out!
Selection of menu items is excellent everything from seafood to wood fired pizzas. Good selection of beers and wine. Appetizers were delicious street corn was great. The shrimp scampi was some of the best Iâve ever tasted.
The grilled peaches/pulled pork pizza was outstanding! My go to: cheeseburger was spot on. Good job.
Ambience was rustic and lovely ... the fire roasted veggies with coconut curry sauce was delish ... I will be returning to Balance!!!
Balance needs to find a niche and stick with it. For the average Joe the menu is a bit eclectic. Needs more of a âbalanceâ between gourmet healthy and gourmet normal dining cuisine.
Food and atmosphere were outstanding. High top chairs could be more comfortable. For shorter people, they are difficult due to depth of chair.
We were traveling through Johnstown and decided to have dinner at Balance. What a great call!! The food was excellent from the mushroom risotto to the goat cheese dip to the rice bowl. Fresh, flavorful, original. Wonderful job!!
