I ordered curbside. I showed up at the correct time and parked with several other cars in the pick-up spots. I waited 20 minutes and finally went inside. There were 3 other people waiting in front of me. Bags of food sitting on the counter. I saw several waitstaff standing around chatting with each other but couldn't catch anyone's eye. After 25 minutes in line, the manager showed up and told the line that someone would be with us shortly. Why not just give us the food? I finally got my order 45 minutes after the pick-up time. It was ice cold. I will never go to this location again. I wonder who got my 6.00 tip?
Nice atmosphere. Steak a not mid well like I wanted. It was well done, but it was good tasting. Lightbulb needed to be changed so had to use flashlight on phone to see. Good service.
Went to Applebee's on a Sunday around Noon. Seemed busy, but I walked in and in less than a minute.i got a table. My order was taken quickly as well. Had a wonderful chicken bourbon shrimp dish that was super tasty. I like their char-grill taste of the chicken and the shrimp as well as the onions and mushrooms. The mashed potatoes were very creamy and flavorful. Thank you for a wonderful lunch and experience!
Every time I order the grilled chicken orient salad for take out the never has anything. Always taste like a plain grilled chicken salad. I’m done.
The food is always good and the service is great. We normally sit at the bar as the service is faster and our bartender Benjamin is always friendly and makes our visit personal. Whether we're at home or another location, we can always count in Applebee's!! Thank you.
Excellent customer service and very tasty food! Timely service and very happy by the excellent service provided by our server. Carmen! She went about and beyond about our order that was complicated and involved many changes. We will visit this place again and would recommend for anyone.

Took my girlfriend on a date here. The service was great and so was the food. My bill was a little high, but that's bc my girlfriend had to mixed drinks that were kinda pricey. I picked up gift cards to give to friends for Christmas.
Where do i begin. My whole family got to eat and finish their meal and i was sitting on the table with nothing in front of me. My server Erica F brought me a VERY RARE burger instead of well done and lied to her manager about it to cover her tracks.... This is very insulting and especially when you admit your mistake and apologize for it, and admit it was not what i ordered but then lie about it to your manager. It is very unprofessional. How do you expect someone to leave you a tip when you lie? The manager was nice & i apologized for being "misinformed" and took the meal off the bill. He also gave my husband a coupon that we will give to family because we are NOT coming back.... liars are bad for business.
