I will never return This was absolutely disgusting the food was awful the service was terrible when we told then how we felt about our experience they did nothing but say okay worst experience ever the also charged me for my one year old daughter who barely ate anything wish I could give zero stars but I can’t. The health inspector needs to go back to this place and reinspect them because they would honest fail
I have gone here for years. But today I Went there with a 3 year old and me and my brother at 3:20 for lunch. While eating I found a hair in my sushi, letting our waitress know about it, she had said nothing and sat there staring at it then put it on the floor. Then as we get ready to pay, I noticed our bill was much higher then usual . They charged for dinner prices which I didn’t really care but then noticed for the 1 three year old. They charged me with having 2 three year olds. Then after I said something about the pricing she had thrown her hand up and gave attitude when I was just asking why this was? We then went for desert and my 3 year old found a black hair in her ice cream. ( none of us had this type of hair). Will never be going there again. Would give 0 stars but won’t let me
great food, but customer service is awful. the hibachi chef has a huge attitude problem.. half scared to ask him to cook my food..
The food wasn't the best, The staff was great but it was making the food. Most of the stuff here was too sweet.
I gave a 1 star review 8 month ago said it would be a while before I went back. So I haven't gone back Main Moon is the go to place always good food
Staffs are very friendly which is a good thing. They offer various Chinese dish. They might need to clean their ceiling around that circle area, I noticed it had lots of dust last time when I was there. The quality of the food really depended on the time of the day. The food trays were always too hot and were making some of the food too dry. I went there twice; one time was for lunch and one time was for dinner. They really need to pay attention to the freshness of the food for better quality control.
It was a waste of$8.00, everything I took a bite of I spit out, threw most of food away. It was my first time and I will not go back. Main moon is much better
Went there a few years ago with some mentally challenged adults and treated awfully. Then today I took my girlfriends daughter there and they had a very bad attitude towards the child I’ll never go back
The pros of this restaurant: The staff overall was very nice and sweet, the building is a decent size with many food optionsThe cons: the buffet food was cold when I went to eat it *give or take like 2 minutes till I sat down* the ice cream had a crystallized texture to it, I got those little yellow cake things and it was dry along with the rice crispy treats , those were as solid as a rock <- that's fine they were probably sitting out for a while. The advrage price per person was around 15$ each with sodas costing 3$The bathroom tolietpaper stalls in the women's restroom were held together with duck tape the sink fossets are a little behind the sink bowl so the water sprays out a bit so be careful if you use it :)We went around 6pm
I enjoy eating here. There's such a variety of great tasting foods. I would not go between lunch and dinner the food is not as good as it should be. The last time I was there it was very dry and hard. Needless to say that visit was not as enjoyable.
