My wife and I did stop in Harrisburg on a North-South trip after 6 hours on the rod. We looked for a place downtown, near our hotel, for a place where it is still possible to have a drink and smoke a cigarette. And that was the place. We had wings, a basket of fries and a Greek salad. The wings were the best we had in a long time [Tang sauce], the fires were excellent [especially for people like us who grew up in Belgium] and the Greek salad was also nicely prepared and served. Prices were nice and the service was awesome. Exactly what we needed to chill after quite some time on the road.
A classic. Delicious wings and cheap lager. You will smell like cigarettes when you leave.

First time visitor ... wings were extra crispy , blue cheese was great and the beer was cold !!! Couldn't be any better
I was told when I moved to this city that this was the Place that people of a skin color other than pink weren't really welcome inside....but I just had to see for myself....Wow is all I can say....I wish I never stepped foot in there. The racism is BLANTANT...my first time there and as soon as I come through the door a pink lady whispers in my ear that I wasn't welcome here..I was like WTH..??? NEEDLESS to say after getting deliberately being over looked, to order my drink. I had the overwhelming feeling like the ROPE was coming out ANY minute now#NAACU

Nice local downtown bar. Incredible wings and great lunch specials throughout the week. It is also known as the local Washington Redskins bar that has a huge mural at the back of the restaurant.

Sometimes the bar can get a little busy for my taste, but I always make the trip for Friday and Saturday karaoke. Their wings are amazing and the staff is almost always friendly. Smoking is allowed, but the ventilation keeps it all tolerable. One of my favorite bars.
Great atmosphere and pretty good food. Prices aren't to bad either. Waiter was on top of service. Even accommodated my vegan daughter
