One of our worse experiences ever. Was told up front that they were short staffed and someone would be with us shortly. Table of 2 , ordered Stromboli. After 3 different servers trying to wait on us, as we ordered with the first one. The large table beside us got seated after us, served and left as we kept waiting on our Stromboli. When I asked to speak with the manager, finding out that it was one of the 3 servers that approached us, I rightfully complained. When we finally did get our boli, it was cold. Won’t be going back!
Food is good and atmosphere is pleasant. Great place to relax and have a few drinks.
Stromboli tasted different. Not sure what happened to the crust. Service with Chris as our waiter was wonderful!
Really good, and our waitress was great. The only negative was how small the menu is. 18 and a half by 11 sheet front and back.
I live nearby & often order take out online. The food is always good & ready on time...no complaints there. Recently I was staying at the BW across the road while my furnace was being repaired. I went to YP one nite for dinner, the 1st time I had been inside the restaurant for at least 5 years. I was disappointed with the service. My server was inattentive & sometimes hard to get her attention. The food was fine but I think I'll stick with take out in the future.
It was a long time since my last boli, but had one and loved it. The cheesesteak egg rolls were awesome too. The food was quality ingredients and very flavorful. Look forward to the next one.
The food wasn't bad, but our server (Daniela) was wonderful! Not only is she a pro at her job, but she stays calm under pressure, and she's an absolute pleasure to talk to.
Was so hungry for a Stromboli. Waitress was good in greeting me, taking my order and checking how the food was. She came back with check in hand sometime later however I needed a drink refill until then, never asked if there was anything else prior to the check. Also, I was not given a plate, ate off the silver tray. But, the Stromboli was delicious.
They were upset and shamed us for showing up with 12 people without calling ahead… when they only had 6 people in their restaurant. The manager refused to let us split our checks into smaller groups, but thankfully the waitress was able to split it in 3. Still very rude and unwelcoming for only average tasting bar food!
Ordered online and showed up to pick up my order. When I walked in, the door chime announced my entry. Stood there and listened as “JOSH” (Manager) berate me by name, my order that is. I don’t even know him or what he looks like as he was standing around the side of the wall in the kitchen/prep area. F this, F that, if he has a problem, F him is what he said. Been eating at a YP for over 40 years…never had service like this before and never will again.
