The food is fine, but the management and customer service is terrible. I ordered on the app, chose the drive thru pickup option, waited in line, only to then be told I have to park and walk in the store. Reason? Because “my food wasn’t even made yet, and there are other cars behind you.” No apology. What???!! How is *anyone’s* order made before they even pull up to the drive through? This is terrible service and a horrible policy. Literally EVERY OTHER fast food restaurant starts your mobile order when you pull up to the drive through without any confusion.
I'm disabled and they wanted me to come in for a prepaid order when I came thru for it. I told them I couldn't as I am disabled. They then shoved the bag in my hand and quickly shut the window practically slamming it on me. Then my other son decided he wanted something I did on app as carside. When the employee came out she yelled at me that I needed to put in what my car looked like, which I did as it doesn't let you go beyond that point while doing it. And I was the only car there even if it didn't tell them. I'm not going back to this Wendy's. I'll go out of my way to go to the one on Union Deposit Road as they are always pleasant and I always get what I asked for.
They got it together here. The food is hot and fast, the workers are friendly . I'll be coming back here again for sure. Love those Dave double burgers.
the staff was incredibly rude . we were inturupted 3 times while giving our order because the person taking our order was busy laughing and carrying on with her rude co workers. we ordered a salad that comes with chicken and several other ingredients that have to be added in addition to the regular salad set up . it was made clear by the staff joking around that they do not like making salads . The almost $8 salad we ordered was missing the chicken and bacon and avocado . we were stared at rudely , laughed at and mocked. when we asked for sour cream and butter for the baked potatoes ( that already should have had those condiments in a bag ) we received an expression that told us we were clearly an inconvenience . This experience was nicely tied together by the female staff member who took our order and handed us our food saying to her co worker " I shouldn't have even come in today " . we will never visit this particular store again .
I stopped in for lunch today, and I got met with the best customer service that I have ever had in a fast food drive through. Not only was my order completed promptly and accurately, but I got to meet Denis, who is a complete embodiment of customer service. Denis delivered food and a smile. His positive attitude isn’t often seen in customer service nowadays, and I hope it is recognized by his employer. I look forward to going back.
Love me some Wendy’s! It’s the highest quality of the big chain fast food burger joints. I love their apple, pecan, blue cheese, chicken salad with raspberry vinaigrette, chili and baked potato options!
Waited 30 min in drive thru for our food that I had ordered on the app. When I got to window the employee that handed me the drinks was nice. After that another employee opened window proceeded to hand me only one bag. She asked if I had a door dash order and I said no. Then she took it back and asked me my name. I told her my name and she said again for a door dash order. I looked at her confused because I ordered on the "Wendy's App". She proceeded to roll her eyes at me and was very disrespectful. This one star is for the employee who was respectful enough to thank us for our patients while we waited for our food.
Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes to pick up a mobile order, only to get cold food, the wrong drink order, kids meals without the kids crafts and an attitude from one of the girls at the window. I WISH I got the first girl's name because she's the only reason this place even gets 1 star, she thanked us for our patience and actually appeared to be working from what we could see looking inside the window. The other girls were in a circle, chatting.
30 mins waiting in the drive thru ... and we ordered ahead on the app. Waited 10 mins in the mobile ordering parking space, no one came out, called in and they said they didn't have staff to bring it out, hence the wait in the long line. Then the order was screwed up pretty wildly. Not going back. Ever.
Great worker, Good Food, The sweet tea tasted like you were drinking a Bag of Sugar! Definitely recommend eating here!
