the parking lot was empty and the drive-thru was empty and they still messed up my order I'm done no more Wendy's from me

Stopped here around 3pm on a Monday in the drive thru and no one came on to take my order. After waiting a good 5 mins and saying “hello?” several times and 2 other cars pulling up behind me, I went inside. No customers were in there, and the entire staff was standing around taking. I told them people have been waiting in the drive thru. No apology, no nothing. Poor customer service.

Very unprofessional staff!! Went there to pick up a DoorDash order and the drive thru worker mocked and made fun of me for having a speech impediment!! Would not recommend picking up from here if that’s how they treat us.

The staff on Sunday at the drive thru took 15 minutes to take our order,15 more at the window. While 2 people at the window were laughing at the person ahead of me who left without his food. Food sucked. Guess you get what you hire?

The worse customer service I have ever encountered. Actually, that's not true because there was NO customer service. Stood at counter for over 2mins before person took my order. Never acknowledged I was there prior. Order for 1 sandwich, nothing else, took another 11 mins.

When we ate here the food terrible. The buns were hard. the soda fountain tasted like it was out of syrup. The place was dirty. I hate to leave negative reviews but this place was a mess

Fries were definitely not hot ,& crispy. They were out of bottled water and spoons.

Very delicious burgers and fries. Make sure to try a frosty. The icecream is scrumptious! The baconater is my favorite burger. I will be back when I need a good hot meal on the go!!!

Most likely they're suffering from the staffing issues that many businesses currently have; service was slow. The woman at the window seemed to be doing everything with little help.If masks are your thing, at this location they were all wearing masks but most were below their noses, and the manager was wearing one that was only half covering his mouth.

Can you hang a sign in the window that States that the dining room is closed. It's very disenchanting to watch the drive-through line fill up as you walk to the dining room door and discover that it is it is locked.
