Have been going here for years— they make the BEST pizza I’ve ever tasted in the area. Their Stromboli’s are so good, and the owners are extremely nice. They’re a family owned business, and top notch customer service. They make you feel at home. Their pizza isn’t greasy either, I’d say this is wayy much healthier than Pizza Hut or Dominos— their pizza tastes terrible, smells terrible and is way too greasy, Pizza Hut & Domino’s Pizza isn’t real pizza. Small businesses like this fine establishment deserve more recognition, they go above and beyond with the quality of their food,. They make the pizza right in front of you, and it always tastes fresh with real cheese and tomato’s. I highly recommend Two Brother’s Pizzeria. It’s a no wonder they’re always busy— always busy means good quality.

They were not friendly. The barely said any words to me thought the entire transaction. I'm not sure if it was because I was African American or if they were tired. Either way, I didn't feel welcomed. Let me recount verbatim my interaction and you can decide for yourself. I was accompanied by my 5 year old and my 7 year old children.I enter with a friendly smile:Me (smiling): "Hellooo".Cashier: "Yes" (straight-faced).Me: "I'm here to pick up an order."Cashier: "What did you order."Me: "Umm, a medium pizza and fries."A man behind the counter places the order on the table.Silence ensues.Cashier: "Your total is $15.xx."I pay and take the pizza. The end.We go to our car and eat. We actually had to run back in and get paper places because my kids needed plates. I dreaded returning. If someone brings their family to order from your restaurant (especially during these times), a worker should at the very least great their customer. Besides the cashier there were 3 men behind the counter. That makes 4 people total behind the counter. Not 1 cracked a smile, greeted me or even said 1 word to me. It felt as I said above, unwelcoming and awkward. We were all standing there in awkward silence for the 2 minutes to took me to retrieve my order and pay. I will never return to this place. I called my sister because she also orders from there and she says they are super friendly. But she runs a local business and knows the wife (owner), husband (owner), and their son. Of course they will be friendly. But what about the random person that walks in that they don't know. I do believe if I were someone else of a different race things would have been different. It just felt that way. Fast forward to this afternoon. My children asked for Pizza so we drove over to the Midtown location. They were sooo nice, so friendly. Example, there was an elderly African American man sitting there. He wasn't the best dressed but he was quiet and to himself. Anyhow, they gave him his pizza and said "Sir....your food is ready." as they served him at his table, people came in and everyone got the same treatment. One of the men behind asked my seven year old "Is the pizza good?". She was mid-bite so she nodded "umm-hmm." Now THATS how you treat your customers. I witnessed respect, gratefulness, friendliness and decency. That's the type of place I want to give my money too. We are successful business owners from Miami, Florida and Harrisburg serves as a second residence for us. When I went into Two Brothers, it was on a Sunday afternoon. I was tired and threw on whatever clothes I could find. I wanted delivery; my kids wanted Two Brothers. So we threw on clothes and went in. Our kids are attending a school that prompted the move to the area. I do a lot of volunteer work with the school and we many times (as all schools do) have pizza parties and other fun days where we order pizza. I will NEVER order from Two Brothers Pizza (Jonestown Road). I have been letting others know of my experience as well. Every chance I get, I will voice my experience. I know this is a long read but hopefully the owners read this and realize that you don't get to cherry-pick "who" or "what group" you provide basic-level customer service. To my fellow African-Americans. Walk in and be aware, see for yourself and let me know your experience. I hope it was better than mine!

We went there this afternoon with 4 hungry teenagers and 4 hungry adult from Get Air. They were amazing! They were accommodating, friendly and funny! 3 pizzas came out very quickly, and tasted amazing. It was amazing that being from NY and being used to Italian pizza shops. This was so so very close to it or not better! We will be returning whenever we’re in the area!Thank you so much again for having us and being so amazing in your service! We truly appreciate!

This place was awesome. They even allowed us to bring in gifts for my son's bday we had with his friends at the trampoline place up the street. They didn't complain about the 8 semi-noisy kids and 3 adults at all. They were very accommodating, polite, and laidback. The pizza was perfect. Crust soft and golden brown, not too greasy. Tasted amazing. Most kids even at the crust which is surprising. Cost was right on target for most pizzerias and even low if considering it's part of a nice stripmall featuring target and many other shops. I would certainly recommend it.

I've been coming to this place for years. Food is good. Staff is always friendly.

I love 2 Brothers pizza! It has some quality food the pizza is amazing. The fries and breadsticks are pretty good too. The only things I don’t like is that it’s too good and that it doesn’t deliver or have a DoorDash:(. Other wise it’s an amazing restaurant!

This place is absolutely delicious! So far we have done subs, pizza and fries. The bread for the sub rolls are homemade which is a HUGE must for our family. The pizza was very tasty as well. No complaints on our end!

If you like real Ny style pizza this is not that place to go to. The staff was nice but pizza sucked

Friendly staff, great pie ! Easy to find & close to hotels off I-81

This place never disappoints. I have been coming here for atleast 6 years. It tastes nostalgic and is one of the best pizzas in the area. Staff is friendly and very nice. I would 100 percent recommend.
