A BIGGG thank you to the young lady working tonight. I ordered a doordash order and my dasher decided she wanted my smoothie. She dropped off half of my order and not my smoothie. I called and asked if it may have been left there, and she told me it had not been. She told me to come in and she will remake my smoothie for me. I’m pregnant and have been craving a strawberry banana smoothie all day long, but this young lady made my day by replacing doordash’s problem! I thought I was out of luck, after calling doordash and them refusing a refund for the smoothie, and when the door dasher left me on “seen”. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.Smoothie was 10/10Chipotle chicken sandwich was 10/10Corn was out of this world! I will be returning, just not with door dash!
The flat bread was delicious & the mango smoothie was refreshing will recommend your business to fiends & family
I order online before work and still have to wait 20+ minutes for a smoothie. The two people working here right now are combined dumber than my fingernail

There is a guy working here, He spoke disrespectfully to me, He was angry and disrespectful, i requested 1 more extra bag but he said i don't give you.I have never seen such behavior anywhere.
The establishment is very disorganized. They did not give anyone any numbers on the receipt to track the order. Almost gave my sandwich to someone else. Customer service is below average. What saves this location is the product they serve. My Peanut butter cup smoothie was very good. Definitely above my expectations. My sandwich, smokey grilled cheese was creative and quite delicious.
I order from them all the time on DoorDash. Everything is always SO delicious! Sometimes I order more than twice a week! Great job everyone at Tropical Smoothie Cafe!
