First time visit Not the largest menu, but definitely the salad I got was the freshest and smoothie was good. Finally a salad like mom makes Only wish they had more dressings
We had a fantastic lunch here today- tomato pie and French toast and delicious ginger peach tea. Enjoyed the salad dressing on the table.
We popped into town for an event and met relatives here for lunch on a Sunday. Looking at the menu I was a little skeptical that I'd find anything I'd like. My husband and I split two things -- the tomato pie and a grilled cheese with bacon -- and oh my. Both were good, but the tomato pie was amazing!
The food here is okay. It's pretty good and the ambiance is nice. However the service is absolutely horrible. The staff is nice enough it's just so very slow. I waited for 40 minutes for a piece of quiche. Which is literally precooked and then reheated. 10 minutes for a smoothie and the cafe wasn't even busy. IF it wasnt for someone dramatically storming off in the middle of their meal I would have left but I was so distracted that I decided to wait.
We were traveling and wanted to stop for breakfast but we’re looking for more healthy options, not just food that would weigh us down. Great drink menu. We had a blue tea latte, coffee, raw cappuccino, chocolate shake, a white lavender iced mocha and for breakfast we had their infamous tomato pie, chia pudding, and baked oatmeal…. Everything was so good! Lots of vegetarian and gluten free options. Would definitely stop again!
Stopped by here on our way to Gettysburg with our 2 dogs. Patio dining is pet friendly and the food is amazing! I had the 3 cheese quiche with herb sconce and potatoes. Wonderful meal. Very friendly staff! Quite a busy place as many business people were in and out with carry out.
Excellent find. We needed outdoor and vegan options. This place was spot on. Easy on off the highway. Plenty of variety. Food was delicious and well priced. A sign in the window said they were short staffed and food might take a while and it did but since they put the sign up it didn't really matter. Staff was very friendly and personable and managed to be efficient and remain pleasant even when it was obvious the place was very busy. Would absolutely stop again when passing through the area.
I had a real tomato pie over 20 years ago and I loved it. I could never find it again. This place has them! I ordered one and, on the first bite, I knew it was just like the one I had so long ago. I strongly suggest trying it. You wont be disappointed! Their turkey burger is very filling and delicious. Their desserts are mouth watering as well! I am a very pleased customer!
Always yummy food and great atmosphere! If you are looking for a light and healthy menu, this is the place!
No longer have full table service. Same great food. Had a mushroom tomato pie the day we were there and it was wonderful. Had some of the herb lemonade.Took some baked goods home, the cookies were delicious.I took home the mysteriously named drink of Salted Honeycomb Steamer. A shot of Expresso can be added for a kick up!! It's a yummy surprise.
