This place popped up the night before when researching where to find a Chicago dog on a trip I was taking. The reviews were good so added it on the trip. They were definitely worth the trip, hopefully will try the Hawaiian dog the next time! Only thing it wasn't just about the hot dogs that made this place stand out. It was more about the staff. They seemed to really enjoy being there and doing what they do. John and the rest of his staff really went out of their way to make you feel welcome, right from the moment you walked in the door
My first time trying the food, the food was good. Service was outstanding. I recommend anyone to try there food if you havent done so yet.
Great food, great service! Had the opportunity to sit and talk to one of the owners during lunch. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely worth stopping in and checking it out.
The menu here left you wanting to try everything and the food was amazing! The employees were friendly, professional and had evident outstanding quality. Highly recommend!
Stumbled across this place and I 10/10 recommended! I got the all American hot dog combo and it was delicious! They have great prices, lots of options and the staff is super friendly, helpful and welcoming! I will be back for sure! Thanks guys :)
I was so blown away by my experience at The Hot Dog Factory. EVERYONE greeted my friend and I, they were all so nice, and we had great conversation. The best hot dog and coleslaw ever! This place is a 10/10! So happy with it all.

I drove here today from Carlisle after seeing this pop up as a new Hot dog restaurant. I had no expectations I was just really in the mood for a hot dog and it appears this place had a good variety. From the minute I walked in everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I love the black and white decor this place has a great vibe!!!! I watched another customer at the soda machine struggling with one of the sodas. Immediately the assistant came over to help and within minutes the owner was there as well. The issue was quickly resolved and the customer had the drink flavor she wanted. We then had the opportunity to speak with the owner. So amazing to see someone so proud of his business as well as his staff. Simply stated he sets such a great example they clearly follow. Such a lost art in customer service and simply taking pride. I have a new faith in service!!!! And the Hot dog and selection was outstanding!!! We can’t wait to try them all… we highly recommend this great place!!!!
A friend told me about the place. OMG!!! Very clean, nice atmosphere, even the music was good. I can't say enough about how friendly the staff was and it was the owner himself cleaning and making sure everything was just right. The food!!! Our dogs were awesome. We got our food and it was exactly like the pictures on the website. You can really tell that there was a lot of thought put into picking just the right ingredients. We will definitely be back.
Great customer service....We had an issue with our order/food and Hassan the owner handled it right away.....what we ordered the hotdog was no hot or cooked enough and they replaced our order with professionalism and was very courteous. Because of that we will try it out again.
